I love the first line Ben Afleck says, "My ego's far too big to say thank you to someone else" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 first hearing that line I couldn't stop laughing
I love how Diana shows up right as Batman and that dude we’re going to fall into the river….that should be Diana’s superpower: showing up at random times in other superhero movies.
@@NiZaRiOnThe animated shows put that bullshit into your heads. The REAL Batman is human, vulnerable and struggles to keep up with his super powered allies through intelligence and planning.
@@JessicaChastainFan Okay? You don't need to agree with me you know that right? 😂. Also it's not just the animated series. This is how batman is in comics too. So if you don't like the fact that he's intellectual stratagist, engineer, in peak human strength, and you want him to throw shitty jokes like here and josstice league. Then you have a problem with the character itself. Not the animated character nor my opinion.
@@JessicaChastainFan exactly, Batman fans need to realize the animated shows is just bullshit. He's human, what powers he have to resist a weapon that was granted by the god like Lasso of Hestia? Of course, the power of plot armor. Lets be real, anyone in justice league can easily kill him if they wanted to if there's no such thing as plot armor.
@@rianjohannemanaoismanzon7258 yes. But DC has terrible continuity. BvS and JL happen after the events or 1984 even though they weren’t released in order. In BVS and JL WW forgot she can fly
@@oceannudes9575 she created the invisible jet during the events of WW 1984. At that time she didn’t know how to fly. She only learned how to fly by the end of that movie
That's the creepiest thing ever, batman smiling is everything against what he stands for and what he represents. They made him a joke in this movie. I don't know why you would find him cute smiling, but we all know the cold ending from the last laugh movie
When did Diana decide to call herself Wonder Woman along with Batman calling the team he formed the Justice League cause none of us saw how that happened? Pretty sure Ezra Miller's Barry Allen decided to call himself the Flash since Grant Gustin Flash gave him the idea for that name during the CW Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover
This scene was amazing the chemistry between Gal Gadot and Ben Affleck . (and also the relationship between Wonder Woman and Batman) also this opening scene of the movie with Batman , Wonder Woman and Flash working together is like watching an episode of the animated series Justice League , what a good easter egg 💙😍💙
Isn't the lasso supposed to make people only tell the truth when the wielder ask them a question, not just blurt out any truth? They just should have reused the one from bvs❤
It's called the Lasso of Truth, not the lasso of questions. The lasso works automatically once you are in contact with it you will be telling the truth even if the person does not ask you. An example is when Steve Strevor tied himself up to tell Diana the truth in the first movie or when Aquaman sat on him in Justice League (2017). The easiest way to get the truth out of people is by asking questions.
"If I really want to just end crime, I should end poverty." - Batman 2023 just low-key admitting he knows the best way to end crime in Gotham but just won't.
Actually referring to mask of the Phantasm where Bruce was going through some stuff and trying to figure out how to help gotham by not being batman. Great movie BTW, better than the Flash
@@claytonjacobs4098 Wonder Woman gliding on wind ended in the Golden Age. Under George Perez's relaunch in the 80s, she's been able to fly like Superman ever since. Her flying is not recent at all. In all media she's been seen in she's been able to fly with or without her Invisible Jet or wind currents.
Yeah, but I can't but I feel like I've seen this scene before, superhero hanging from a bridge, holding someone trying not to drop them, while there rope is breaking, I've seen the scene before, but I just can't place it, and there was someone in green flying on a glider attacking the hero in the scene I think, I don't know, it's puzzling.🤔
Batfleck is the best Batman for me, despite the director's mistakes in JL and the flash, but Ben's appearance in dawn of justice was epic ،I love the brutal, merciless version of Batman that kills enemies. This is what the Dark Knight should be, a source of fear for everyone
1: Batman doesn’t actively murder his enemies. He’s roughs them up, but not lethally. 2: He’s more than just a source of fear, he’s a beacon of hope for Gotham. He’s the man he wished would’ve saved his parents. 3: Batfleck is just The Punisher in a batsuit
I kind of like this version of Batman, he's more like a good guy that has traumas than a man that became a fortress because of his traumas like most Batman portrayals are.
yea ik but I used to think the director was going soft onbatman but I realized that it’s because Batman likes Wonder Woman and that is why he is soft around her. He also had the lasso of truth. But I agree it was weird and it was a bit if a soft apporach to batman. I hope the new Batman movie: batman brave and the bold is not a happy Batman movie. Batman movies are meant to be dark and gritty, and if Andreas muschetti can’t do that then he can not direct a Batman movie again because he will ruin the entire point of a Batman movie.
Is Wonder Woman's appearance a recycled footage from one of the previous movies since Gal Gadot didn't appear in the credits of this movie? Is she going to continue to play Wonder Woman in James Gunn DC projects in the DCU or is some other actor going to take her place?
I was always under the impression (due to comics, tv shows and other movies .not josstice league) that the lasso only compels someone to answer when asked a question.
Yes but that's just a one sided deal on Barry's part with both Bruce and Diana I think it's both ways both probably have some type of feelings for each other
2 things wrong with this scene. 1 Batman can't seem to do a basic task like saving someone, despite following an armed car, and taking out multiple guys. Also, isn’t his grapple gun supposed to pull him towards things. Like in the warehouse fight scene, literally any Batman Arkahm game ever. Why isn't it pulling him up here? 2. The need to make a strong hero like Batman appear completely helpless and dangle over a bridge is insulting to the character of Batman. This ain't his first day on the job. And of course we had to have the heroine save not just one man but two. One being a citizen who's crying like a baby and another who is supposed to be a martial arts master, master escape artist, a ninja, and a bodybuilder. Someone for the love of all that is good explain this to me🙄😒
The Lasso was revealing everything about him from his inner emotions, as stoic as he always is, the Lasso made him express his inner feelings he rarely showed when wonder woman showed up to save him.
Batman has got THE WORST suit in ALL of superherodom. Totally cringe! Looks like they poured a TON of rubber over his head and trimmed it from there. Looks totally AWFUL!!
