I think in cannon batman knows he's legit just as crazy as his rooster of villains. To be fair u kinda have to be insane yourself to fight insane people , fight fire with fire. He just limits himself with the no kill rule to keep him in check cuz he knows once he crosses that line there's no going back. It's easy to kill hard to save, batman doesn't take the easy way out. The most enlightened men of our time like Jed McKenna and Eckhart Tolle have described this process in great detail. There was also a rape victim who managed to truly forgive her rapist, and she said she immediately felt like it never happened. Stopped bothering her the second she felt that way. Total peace and bliss, after which she got successfully married, had children, and was never bothered by it again. That's because forgiveness is essentially just acceptance. It's not for the person you're forgiving. It's for yourself. Batman's level of self awareness conflicts with his lack of acceptance. Because the truth is, if he truly accepted what happened to his parents, he'd quit crime fighting active immediately instead of projecting those terrible events onto others and spending his nights trying to prevent them. I'm not saying he should. He's a magnificent character because of that flaw. His flaw makes him beautiful as a person. I'm just pointing out that his self awareness would realistically keep him from being who he is.
@@lopave6 i think it was a comic, but batman shows superman her safety plan box and it's empty. the only idea he has is for superman to take her down, the problem being they're dating and that's not a definite. so either he takes down his girlfriend or you've got superman and wonder woman as an evil power couple. there's a chance batman actually does and was lying to him to break them up for professionalism, but if we take it at face value he doesn't.

True... that and batman is literally back in the body he was in when his folks died so he's probably trying to keep it together since he might... A. Push himself to hard to prove to himself he was physically capable of saving his folks and was just too mentally weak. B. Discover that he was physically so weak at this age that he can't protect himself now. C. Keep a level head and ignore Diana's advances because this body hasn't had even half the training of Tim. Not to mention he doesn't have powers to compensate.
He/She doesn't have to be too young to not know what a certain show is, can't yall just answer the question instead of judge someone's age just for a simple question damn anyways the shows called Justice League Unlimited
While I do agree with you, I just can’t see Batman’s gallery fucking with Wonder Woman. She can literally solo his entire line of enemies with ease. Ontop of this, Diana hardly spends any time in the lands of man as she’s always on Themyscira an Island that only a few people on Earth even know exist. I feel like Bruce was defo trippin here cause we find out later that he ends up being with Batgirl in Batman Beyond which is straight weird.
@@elijaharroyo5391 I feel the main example that disproves this is the events of Injustice where Joker mentally breaks Superman. Even if Joker is weak physically, he is smart and deranged enough to mentally break most heroes given he has enough information.

That’s the sort of optimism a lot of heroes share. That people can change for the better. And it’s why they don’t kill villains. That and marketability. Plus it’s hard constantly coming up with new characters.

Honestly, the biggest problem with Batman's enemies trying to get at him through Wonder Woman is that she has absolutely no problem with just straight-up murdering them.
Yes, but Bruce's enemies are tricky and likely to cause as much collateral damage through Diana before she kills them which will just make a whole mess of things.
@@EmptyMan000 Oh, that's not the issue; it's not like they don't cause tons of collateral damage anyway. No, it's that Batman has a no-kill code, and Diana doesn't. His entire villain gallery would be brutally murdered in a week.
He was so real with his responses, he actually brings up some valid points. Than again so does she, he's like the king of Brooding and pushing people away.
@@Ephraemgainsbecause being the role of batman is toxic, and the code he lives by for it is out of wack, he refuses to kill those who deserve to die by putting them in a prison which always leaves more people to end up dying when said people break free, he's also never really had time to fully deal with all of his trauma because being the big bad bat takes up a lot of his time
@@folpthecrow To be fair there is merit to his code. If you kill a killer then you're a killer yourself. It doesn't make you any more good than them, even if they did deserve it. The point is to not stoop down to their level, because you can always find ways to stop things without having to resort to murder and the like.
@@folpthecrow Bats specifically tries to get his enemies put in Arkham Asylum. If it wasnt for all the corruption and lack of resources in Gotham in general, maybe they would actually get some help- but his idea is that they stick around in Arkham long enough to get *their* issues sorted out. Possibly turn them away from crime all together. I think the way we should be looking at this is " *At least* he's self-aware." Because if you think about it, him pushing people away is better becase at least then hes only ever hurting himself, not someone else. And he knows that.
If you look up Mr. Conroy's life, you'll know he had his own inner conflicts, especially hiding the fact he was gay for so much of his life ... As the great man himself said, the real person in disguise wasn't Batman, but rather Bruce Wayne ...
@@blackmist2015 They're actually 2 different words. You use whom when the "whom" is the one being acted on by the verb, and you use who when they're the one that's doing the verb. In this case the verb is "being", and and batman is doing it, so the correct one is who.
XD I actually love how he handles this. Most people would just say "I like you as a friend" or "I'm not looking for a relationship right now." but he just gives her three valid reasons why he doesn't think it would work. It's not that he doesn't have potential romantic feelings for her, he just doesn't want to ruin any chance she has for a better partner.
It would've been better if he just said one of those things. Because his "valid reasons" just ended up coming off as condescending. Implying Diana can't protect herself or doesn't have it in her to stick with him (and maybe help him) through his flaws. The dude is just afraid. That's the actual reason.

Batmans lack of powers, allowing the Justice system to keep putting his enemys in the same places they keep breaking out and no kill rule allow gotham to stay in shambles. Granted most super heroes wont kill but still.

no the fuck she wouldn't, batman has outright humiliated the enemies of the justice league, almost all of them are scared of batman, and I can garuntee you that every one of batmans enemies could defeat the justice league, or destroy their lives
If Batman's enemies went after Wonder Woman, Gotham would become a safe and walkable city over night and Bruce Wayne would finally be forced to just go see a therapist.

@@K1llerRobot I'm aware of the villains but literally none of them will be more of a threat to her than to Batman. Y'all have Batman on an unrealistic pedestal. Wonder Woman is skilled and she won't hesitate to actually kill her enemies. If we were talking about her facing someone like Eobard Thawne then that would be a different story. Speedsters are on a whole different league with nearly unlimited potential.

Wonder Woman is stronger, faster and more durable than every single character that you just mentioned but her psyche is weak compared to people like Batman so they will manipulate her because that's literally what they try to do to Batman a lot of the time to beat him. (it only works a hand full of times because its batman) But Wonder Woman being manipulated would be almost equal to Superman being manipulated which we all know that will and has led to catastrophic disaster's so yeah it's still dangerous even if it's Wonder Woman.
There is an episode where Diana has to bodyguard a princess from another country, and she meets Bruce Wayne at a party, not knowing he's Batman. Bruce actually flirts with her and they dance together, but when the place gets attacked, Bruce stands aside eating hors d'oeuvres and watching Diana kick ass. Just really cute.
