This was very helpful! I’m a 2nd grade teacher who also uses Wonders & I-Ready in the classroom. This is my 2nd year using Wonders and I still feel like I haven’t gotten a good groove teaching with the curriculum as I find it overwhelming. What is your timing/pacing like for your ELA block?

Hey! We have our ELA block 1:15-3:00 so a little under two hours. I try to be done with whole group by 1:45 so thirty minutes alloted for whole group, and an hour for 4 fifteen minute rotations of centers (plus an extra 15 for transitions). Hope this helps!

@@_bigheartlittleminds_5234 Okay, I do something similar. It’s definitely challenging to cut down the whole group portion, but I’m working on it. Love your content on TikTok & Insta💕
