Nah. This company is very expensive with the wood they sell. Theres loads out there that are cheaper and all under 20% moisture. But Tnx for sharing Tom. I always enjoy your content 👍
I finally set up my Ooni pizza oven. The first two pizza were a complete disaster!!! The pizza dough would just stick to everything. The first pizza didn't slide off the pizza peel. Just about all the toppings flew off the pizza onto the stone. The second pizza I made a bit better and was able to shape the dough, but it will still sticking to the mate and pizza peel. I didn't even try launching the second pizza into the oven as even a gentle back and forth didn't show the pizza would slide off. I will need to search your channel for how to prep and properly launch a pizza, but if you know the link could you share them here, please? Thanks. I am so disappointed in myself so far. Hey 👋 it does take a little bit of practise but it's worth it once you get the hang of it ( every so often i'll still get one that sticks!) I hope you have better luck using some of the tips on my video 😊🍕

Gozney Roccbox. I got all 3. But the Roccbox rocks. It stays hot because of great insulation so you don’t have to waste on more fuel and don’t waste time waiting for the oonis to heat up between pizzas
@@TomVoyageuk hi tom. The gozney id a GOOD óption. But is smaller. May be i go for karu 16 or roccbox . May be the ooni is better for me because is bigger.
Hey Tom, noticed you're using the 12g in this video which is also what I have. Do you find that when the fire is on your handle for the fuel/fire cover gets quite loose? I wonder if it's just me!

Hey! Quick question: I have bought an Ooni Karu 12g and used it for the first time today. Is it just mine or does the chimney part of the oven feel kinda flimsy and wobbly even when locked in place?
