Ingredients
* 1 large Bream (gutted and split down the middle)
* 2 tbsp SHOKAZ Spice
* 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
* 1/2 tsp Hinds Pure Black Pepper
* 2 tbsp Oil
* 1/2 Cup Fresh Dill (chopped)
Method
* In a bowl add SHOKAZ Spice, Lemon Juice, Pepper, Oil and Dill and mix well
* Marinate the bream well, cover in cling wrap and place into the fridge for at least 1 hr
* Remove from the fridge and set aside to sit in the open for 30mins
* Place fish in Braii cage and Braii over low coals until cooked through and skin is golden brown
* Serve with potato wedges or potato salad
