That's not even close to being true😢! Lots of people hated Howard and this show! Got censored in many markets, and censored, or cut out entirely in lots of cities, Canada! There were complaints and protesters, and fines! But in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, you still had freedom of expression, no matter how vulgar, bigoted, or politically incorrect! Nowadays, we have the extreme opposite! Especially if one criticizes Biden, or the left! That's hate speech!😂
