Thank you Daniel for the neighborhood tour!! I agree with your assessment its a neighborhood farther out but that's what we could afford to get a 3K sq ft home at 520K price point for Aug move in. Your video really helped me with the overall perspective of Fate and Rockwall. I did plenty of research leading up to my decision to sign the contract, specifically the Rockwall ISD rating which is really good and on par with some of North Dallas ISD's. Hopefully, one day I am able to afford the homes in Prosper/Celina when the mortgage rates cool down but I am very excited about moving to Fate.

I just stumbled across your video and you actually drove right down my street past our First Texas home which is a year old new build we did and is on a beautiful tree line/wooded area that will never be built on behind us and we love our new home! I wanted to clarify that yes there is highway 66 which is the main road to get to our neighborhood, but I30 is a stones throw to go anywhere we want to since it’s a major east/west highway! You mentioned Lavon, which is not that close to Woodcreek, as you would take 205 towards Wylie or head towards Royce City and then wind around out in the country and those areas out there to get to Lavon!

Fate is in Rockwall county actually and even though we live in Woodcreek in Fate, the post office has our official address as being in Rockwall. In Fate, you are just a few miles from being in downtown Rockwall and all the surrounding stores and shops etc! To the east is Royce City and then Greenville.

We have a full walking trail, ponds and trees…we don’t consider it to be monotonous as you described lol
