My new construction in Royse City will be done soon. Trophy Signature community. Great video btw. That first home walk through was really cool. I was super impressed on the layout for being right under 1800 sqft.
Hi ! I've been watching your viodes since we decided to move to Dallas! We bought a new construction in rowlett after checking so many houses in fate. We are from California and former immigrants (currently citizen). There are so many people over there stared at us really bad. Looks like they don't welcome outsiders or other races. The time we were there, we only saw one race. Maybe not recommended to someone who wants to live in diverse area?? I cried in the car on the way back since nobody really did this to me since my US life started. We were almost deciding not to move but gladly the community we went to on next day was very diverse and sale person was so nice! Hopefully this kind racism or old fashion style stops soon but I'm so ready to live in the community 🙌
