Interesting tools you are using. They are quit different tools used in here US. I would like to get that mini circular saw. I never see it in US

What brand is the router? Did you have to modify the base? Thanks.

More work than 19th century techniques of drawing the proper templates (called face molds) and just cutting the handrail from solid wood. Of course you would have to learn how to do that and that takes time too. Still, your veneered handrail doesn't compare to solid wood. Would it hold up in a high school installation for example, where 100's of kids swing past everyday and even slide down the rail for laughs? Nice work but you didn't even show the initial job of preparing the core.

@Ness Tillson Ok Ness, whatever works for you, but the amount of cutting, gluing and bending the core alone, even without the veneers, could have been employed in just cutting the rail from solid stock and that's my point. I have followed your posts though for some time and have no doubt that you're a master of your own techniques And I'm retired and really have no business commenting on other people's work, but I can't help it. BTW, I would have made most of the rails in your posts from two conjoined pieces, with very little short grain. And I've found very few iron handrails that don't at least follow a floor-plan radius. The side pattern (or falling mold) is just taken directly from the iron. Here I go again..

Music was horrible. Maybe try talking and fill with actual content instead of garbage filler music

We hope the captions help you a bit. Sorry if you didn't like the music, Turtle, a bit old fashioned on some of our old videos we know. Have you tried the mute button :)
