To add to this: This song was featured on an extremely popular world-wide documentary film called Kony 2012. It sparked a worldwide manhunt for Joseph Kony, and ending the practice of child soldiers. Kony was a warlord in the nation of Uganda. Uganda managed to send a team to the Little League World Series as the very first team from Africa in 2015. (I'm from Williamsport, PA. This was one of my favorite moments I've very witnessed.)
