In this country we get maybe up to a week when it's really cold maybe 2 to 3 weeks per winter. The killer is the dampness in the air, it gets into to your bones especially when you get older, you don't feel it so much when you're young. In the UK at one time all houses had open fires in most rooms in your house you could burn any type of fuel coal logs peat etc and all your household waste burnt in the fire, you didn't need 4 bins outside your house no litter on the streets from overfilled bins. Yes you could keep warm, yes your 💯 %correct if you can fit a stove in your home open up an fireplace, no power cook on the stove, we lived that way in this country for 100s of years. In Europe most people have that source of heating. I've went on a bit there. Great video again can't get one off these excellent pullovers to fit my fuller figure.

Very nice video Dean. The Springer boots keep warm, better in winter are the lambskin lined Arctic work shoes. Slightly larger and still a lambskin sole at the bottom, even at minus 55 ° in Russia on a construction site, I always had warm feet. Hello Sir, i hope that you and your family is well in these times. A few days back we hit -18c here in Denmark with 16cm of snow it was an absolutely wonderfull sight to wake up to. I love the winter, cold, sharp, crisp and clear air and lots of sunlight. With the sun rising at 0830 and setting again at 1600-1630, snow and clear skies gives that extra light and energy. Now they claim that we will get +10c wednesday and lots of rain.... But after that the winter will come back with a vengeance, and all of my winter gear and wool are ready for it. Nothing beats waking up in nature with everything coated in white frost and snow. The landowner next to my property, i helped plant a few hectares of new forest, Sitka spruce, 8000 new trees, by hand. As a thank you he gave me permission to cut down all the old and dead trees and clean up the property, that means that i now have almost the entire firewood for 2023/2024 season in stack! I expect to have my entire firewood needs covered thanks to him when im done. So investing 250GBP in gear means that i now have firewood covered; if i had to buy it, it would cost me 600GBP, and we can rest assured that heat for 23/24 season would make todays prices look cheap. So im sure that ive made a pretty good investment. All the best to you, your family and your channel. Brian.

I just buy one land plan to get house later but for now thinking to buy this army tent stove kit and make some kind camp in the back of the land It look great I mind your set up whit planting some pine trees around against the wind and snow That what i plan do whit pine 🌲

It looks like some cold days, but something warm to eat and a good tiled stove, so just run it. The bow shooting looked pretty good, but who tuned your guitar, it sounds like it's right and the music isn't too bad either, big improvements here.

cold front here in texas at 14 F for several days below freezing last year the regulators lied to us and said plenty of electric available....5 days later below freezing I had $10k dollars of piping/freeze damage in the house. My wife and ran the kitchen stove w/ gas to keep water hot and cook food but no showers and running water due to frozen pipes for a week. No warnings of power outages again 2022 from the regulators and they act like they previous freeze never happened. the regulators say talk to your power supplier.....who they told under court testimony to "not worry - do nothing" about the coming freeze in 2020. We have the testimony. But they do not have our trust.
