Thank you all so much for the love on this video! So great to see the support behind this project. Be sure to subscribe to the channel to see more pieces like this in the future 😁👍
Congratulations. Too bad the curriculum has changed for the worse! You know where everyone goes to college instead of learning a trade! Dumb ass elites!
You need a lot of elements, to create such an object: Phantasy, knowledge, for the work, sensibility for the material and color and joy when working. You have. My compliments.
WHAT AMAZING GOD GIVEN TALENT YOU HAVE ❤️🙏 THAT IS BREATHTAKINGLY GORGEOUS ❤️ YOU ARE A MASTER CRAFTSMAN AND SO VERY GIFTED ❤️🤗 THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS BLESSING WITH ME 🤗🙏
That's absolutely stunning ! Beautiful, who would have believed that you could unearth such an amazingly beautiful object from that root ! Just bring you such happiness and satisfaction .
A seriously beautiful natural rim, and to see the vase being made was amazing, as well as educational. I would imagine a 'conventional' vase would be just as stunning, as it would also be blessed with the unique patterns Mother Nature has bestowed upon whichever tree you take your wood from. Great video, thank you!
I always love to see something restored or something awesome made from what most would see as trash. If I did something like this for a job I would be the happiest person in the world!
Watching those on my Television I had to get on my phone to say it was a Joy to watch an artist create something incredibly BEAUTIFUL 😍... Thank You for sharing...I am in Love with t h is vase/bowl Work of Art
An absolute masterpiece! I've done woodturning, and I must admit I watched about half way , then jumped to the final reveal When I saw the live edge, my jaw dropped. You, sir, have exquisite taste and amazing skills.
I watched the whole thing. But then my wife is making me watch Annie Live with her tonight so I’m amusing myself with the iPad. But I have to agree, fantastic skills and amazing choice. The finished product is just amazing.
I just had my old cherry tree cut and hauled out with exactly the same root limbs. Dang, sure wish I could have had you make me a vase. Absolutely beautiful!
That is an absolutely beautiful vase. Created using one of nature’s most lovely pieces of wood by a very talented artist using his skills and knowledge of a lathe to create an absolutely beautiful, one of a kind, vase. You do amazing work. Thank you for sharing. Love and hugs from Australia. Please continue to use your talent to create. ❤️❤️🐨❤️❤️
I love this. I have loved working with wood my whole life. Long line of amazing woodworker's. But this is my passion. I wish I had the money to get those machines. They make it so much easier!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful work❤️
As you were making the piece I was hoping you would keep some of that bark wood in the piece instead of removing it all. I'm glad you did. It looks beautiful.
Fantastic job!! What a skill and artform. As others have noted, it's great that you left the natural edge at the top...adds much more character and interesting design. Bravo!!
Beautiful and talented artist. This is one reason I want to see vocational schools all over the US so kids who have the potential can get the proper training and experience to develop talents like this.
Amen- We used to have these skills taught in school for good reason. Our society needs these craftspeople skills- welders, electricians, bridge builders. Etc.. Even the cooking , sewing and dietary skills were taken out. Possibly because colleges and Universities are greedy. Such a loss.
@@HarrySmithWoodturning Quite possibly. It's absolutely beautiful. I never thought that awesome grain was hiding inside of what you started out with...👍🏾
Very nice work on a beautiful wood. It's a beautiful looking bowl. Cherries are one of my favorite fruits and it's incredible how the wood reflects their sumptuous flavor.
I've worked cherry before and it's lovely wood to work with. It always makes me cringe a little when I see people chucking it on their home fires when it could become something beautiful
I just adore wood artistry, both turning and carving and appreciate the skill and dedication of artists creating beautiful objects which will be passed on to future generations
Absolutely beautiful. Have always loved wood and it was both fascinating and satisfying to watch something made from start to finish. You certainly are a craftsman.
@@therealmania with respect Kyle, comments like that only serve to illicit defensive responses. I am British, and very proud to be so. I don’t really see why you would make such a point, seeing as I commented on a video relating to fantastic woodworking skills…?
Masterfull craftsmanship. Not without its dangers of course. The chance of losing a limb or two cannot be excluded of course.Nice. Never a dull day at the office. Keep up the good work
So beautiful. What skill. I would love to own some of your pieces. I can whittle a hot dog stick out of a willow branch. There ends my woodworking skills
