To use it, just turn the screw and change the distance, so I don't think any explanation is necessary. Since the pitch of M6 is 1mm, it is calculated that one rotation is 1mm, but it is difficult to say exactly how many millimeters it will move, so I will turn it little by little and cut while watching the situation.
If you just want to make a small cut, there are other methods, but the most stable method is to use a fine adjustment screw.
