The Samurai videos are one of my biggest sources of inspiration to get into woodworking. Now I have a 2 car garage full of tools and making my first workbench with some beautiful joinery!

Been doing this for 50 years and this guy is a nut , crazy good in a good way .

Your use of a flush trim bit to finish the through mortise is absolutely brilliant. More than 25 years of woodworking and an engineering degree here and I never thought of that. I learn an amazing amount from your videos!! I hope you keep going on making more of them.

Every three-fingered woodworker I know said "I did that for 20 years with no problem!" while they were on their way to the emergency room with a Ziploc full of meat and ice in their lap. Free-handing tenons with no push block or riving knife is exactly how that sort of thing happens. Sorry, I never leave comments like this. And I have a lot of respect for you and your work. But when tens of thousands of people watch a video, the chances of someone getting the wrong idea and being seriously hurt are real. None of us want that on our conscience. Please do a RU-vid search for "Table Saw Kickback" and see what can happen to yourself or your viewers.

Watching this really makes me want to make this awesome joinery myself. Just great!

Sooo beautiful! And I love that there are other woodworkers out there who make a mess with sawdust in their shop too. I would love to have a dust collection system, but I cannot seem to find the time between projects to build one. Great job.

I learn so much by watching your videos its like an instant download! I love you have bought that Makita battery router! Its such a handy little bugger! One of my favorite tools and so easy to use a router when you dont need to get power plugged and cords going all over the place. Gives such a wide range of possible places to use a router. Made something right in past life cos having all these cool battery operated tools available now ;)
