We finally got our outside decorations put up today. Our wonderful son came over and put up the lights on the house and my husband and I put up all the rest of the decorations. I must say it looks very festive. Tomorrow we start on the inside. It takes us awhile cause we are 69 and 70. LOL We do have little grandchildren and great grandchildren so we like to have it all festive looking for them.

your school children exchange Christmas cards, that is nice. Ours have a Christmas gift (small items) exchange but not cards . Cards in our state anyway in the US exchange cards on Valentines day at school.

Almost done shopping. Thankfully my daughter's do all the wrapping. I shopped amazon and temu! (14 grandkids, 8 adult kids plus their 6 husband's/ wife's ) ❤❤❤

Great vlog today, Zoe. I used to decorate later, but then it's just too much work for a short time. I am like your family and decorated as soon as I can. You only get to see the beauty of the colors and lights once a year. Im sure your mail courier is busy at your house, lol. Vlogmas 1 turned out amazing and looking forward to all the others! ❤🎄🌟

The advent calendar we use we have had for years but does not involve candy. It is a cloth house that hangs on the wall and has a little Christmas mouse that wear a Ho Ho hat that you move each day to the countdown for Christmas day.

I've done all my Christmas presents buying and even wrapped them all up so I just need to order my Christmas food shop on 17th December for delivery on 23rd December from Iceland. They have some really nice desserts in for Christmas x

Love the 1st vlogmas Zoe and Ben. All your decorations are amazing. I have not even started my christmas shopping, hopefully next week all going well and I dont like leaving things on the long finger. I have got very bad in the last few years but I will get it done. Ive been shopping today in Bath, i spent so much in primark which included a gift card. I started wrapping on weds its my worst thing to do 😂 i loved the sweatshirts the kids had on of the new things youre going to in jan 🥰🥰 Merry Christmas guys 🎅🎄🎅 also love the music on the vlog ❤️

a couple of advent calendar ideas that can be reused for years to come would be a Christmas jigsaw (I saw youtuber Our Tribe of Many do that this week with their advent calendar they have 11 children) another one that can go away each year would be a new Christmas DVD for a Saturday or Sunday that you could watch as a family - it would be a not in the wee red back to open this years DVD (last years was just re-wrapped as was the jigsaw) you could add one or two things each year

Love the decorations I've not brought any prezzies yet I only buy for our 7 grandchilden so that's not to bad I feel for families that are trying to buy prezzies these days as it's so expensive . Love all your decorations. I would love to have deep window sills like yours to put things on but ours are pretty slim. My favourite decoration of yours has to be the clothes tree in your room, very nicely done😂 Happy vlogmas guys 🎉

I love to receive Christmas cards, but I dislike sending them out because I do not like signing them and addressing them. The years that I order cards with family pictures on them it is good because then all I do is have to address the cards.

the condensing dryer the bit at the bottom according to my service man who was in last week (bearing are going in my the dryer) the bit at the bottom is suppose to be put under a running tap and all the fluff comes out - you turn it up both ways (longest length) once a month to keep it clean - that was news to me and my dryer is now working so well - I always clean the lint and water out each time but never new the big thingy at the bottom needed to be cleaned like that

I always kept a baby gate at each older child's bedroom door so the baby could not get into the room without supervision. After all it is not the baby's room to enter and destroy.

Hi zoe happy first of December to all the sullivans zoe you've just reminded me I need a birthday card for a friend if mine I meet her 20 years ago when we were in the same ward in hospital we both had hysterectomy s she lives a way away from me but we sent each other birthday cards a d Christmas cards her birthday is the 14th of this month so j send both cards Christmas and birthday to gether I love the count down yo Christmas board a brilliant idea that you fill the bags with coins oh yes even a pound advent calender wil be expensive as you only get a tiny choc in each number I pick up a present today frio m aldi for our aimee I'm going go get more presents next week I didngknow what to buy my sister and her hubby and niece and her hubby so I'm doing hampers for them I've bèen getting bits each week I think ive got about 2 more things and they are done my hubby I got his presents got to buy my son another present and get some lynx sets I've hot to wrap some presents and get the food in this gear me and my son are having Christmas dinner on Christmas eve then Christmas day and boxing day we will have picky bits or as your little ones will say buffayyyýýyyyy lol love to you all fran xxx
