This is the best video I have ever seen better than a trainer. Very well explained step by step backed up by evidence and pictures. Sound quality is excellent You are a Legend ❤❤❤❤
I had same problem However British Gas had been servicing the boiler 7 years prior. Never taken the case off. The electrodes worn out, gasket on heat cell disintegrated ! The top baffle had blown! And bottom baffle stuck ! Also reset gas valve too. Same process as yours just about adjusting gas valve to suit But we’re putting a new heat cell in next
Unfortunately big companies don't live upto their names when it comes to standard of work. If the work is carried out according to correct procedures. Maintenance would be easy and a lot less hassle. BTW. Did you have that main hx put in?
Hi F Raj brilleant video now we know how to turn minnimum and maximum totally off and 3 and half turn and 2 and half turn for minnimum to atleast keep the boiler going Do u know how to do it with vaillant and baxi 2 which flue analyser would u recomend not happy with anton need to buy different one Thaanks
Hi. Thanks for your kind message👍. I've tried this, on Vaillant's EcoFit pure. I'll try and make a video sometime. Haven't tried on other models or Baxi. I've mostly used Anton and worked fine for me. Have used Kane Abalyzer's older models. Does the job well but was chunky. Not sure about newer models.
If you can't bring CO², to the Manufacturer's recommended limit. Before declaring the Gas Valve faulty, check the negative fan pressure/ fan pull as well as the inlet working Gas pressure at Max Chimney Sweep Mode. If these are as recommended. But still, the CO² readings are not correctly adjustable, than the Gas valve may very well be faulty.
Hi. It is in the little document, shown in the video. Time is 12min 44seconds. This document usually comes with a new gas valve for several worcester models.
Was at one of these today greenstar 15ri the data badge said co2 9.6%/8.6% the only manual I could find said 9.8%/9.2% so which do I go by? Any info by anyone would be greatful thanks
