Does TranslatePress work with the new Flex Container of Elementor (Pro)?

Yes, TranslatePress works just fine with the Flex Containers.

Is there a way to also translate urls? Also, where can I find the translated pages in the wordpress page tab for further block editing?

Yes, you can translate URLs too, here's a video on this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2T1RfW61SeI.html. Regarding your second question, TranslatePress does not create new pages for the translated versions of the original page. But the translated versions will have separate URLs. Our plugin is string-based which means we detect the individual strings from a page, not the entire page as WPML/Polylang does for example. That's why we provide the live preview in the translation editor, so you can easily see how the blocks change when you add a new translation.
