Hi, I am new in the field of computing. I work as a new webmaster in a college. My job was to migrate a wordpress web site. I met a lot of problems qith apache. The manager threatened to fire me if the work was not done in 2 weeks. Your video is part of several others that made it possible to save my job. I don't know why, but after completing your steps, I made one more change and things started working: Here are those changes: If you try all of these, and still you don't get permalinks to work. Make these changes: Open: sudo vi /etc/apache2/sites-available/000-default.conf Copy and paste: ServerAdmin webmaster@localhost DocumentRoot /var/www/html Options Indexes FollowSymLinks AllowOverride All Require all granted ErrorLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/error.log CustomLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/access.log combined Reference: www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/wordpress-permalinks-broken
