Hi, please how to use the « Exclude strings » section in the advanced settings? Since I had add French on my website with translatepress, customers are not able to validate payments in French (just in English) some on of your staff told me to exclude WooCommerce payments in the « exclude strings » section In advanced settings, i did that but no results, I think I don’t do it the right way, but I don’t really know how to do that, can you help me please?

TranslatePress Helloo .. can someone please answer the tickets and solve my problems with the plugin, it make the websites very slow and language switch is not showing on the menu!!, your support is not really good at all

(Usually we manage to respond to tickets even faster, but this week was one with a higher number of tickets, therefore, we could not respond as quickly as we wanted).
