Work done in Adiabatic Process in Thermodynamics - Equation Derivation | video in HINDI

In this Physics video lecture in Hindi for class 11 and B.Sc. we derived the equation for work done in adiabatic process by the thermodynamics system. During the derivation of the formula for work done we saw that [1/(γ-1)][P1V1-P2V2], where γ is adiabatic constant, also the ratio of molar specific heat at constant pressure to constant volume, P1 and V1 are the initial pressure and volume, P2 and V2 are the final pressure and volume.
Adiabatic process is a thermodynamic process where no heat energy is being supplied to the system.
In adiabatic process PV^γ is a constant and it is known as Poisson's law.

Why the pressure is not constant here, as the pressure exerted by the piston is same in both the cases, as you explained before in the case of isobaric process. Why can't we apply the same concept here?? Plzz clear my confusion sir I will be very thankful of you.
