hello thank you for your patience this week, during my deadline week at work ❤🔥i was honestly so happy to spend the middle of the week with you. what do you think about working 1 or 2 hours over during a deadline week? remember that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and speaking with respect keeps us open and grounded 💗
I think working 1 or 2 hours overtime during a week is ok as long as the company makes you feel appreciated (A simple thank you even) for that dedication. However, if they act like they don't care that you are putting extra time into your work and taking time away from your personal life then I feel like it's not ok.
Sometimes I don't feel fully productive at work so when there's a deadline I go the extra mile, nobody is forcing me to do it and I do feel appreciated for what I do all the time so I don't mind.

I like to do a working lunch as well when I'm remote. That way, I can run errands, or do housework, or walk during lunch. I really need to get one of those treadmill desks thingies for my treadmill so I can walk while I work too.

Love your vids and thanks for being transparent about working late… I’m a project manager for a big firm and close to deadline I do work later/start earlier which is normal and we need to normalise it. Also love your necklace - where is it from?
I ALWAYS have a variety of drinks at my desk!! Water, tea, carbonated water (Bubly), juice, etc. I never know what I'm going to want so I like having it readily available. Lol
So, at my company, we constantly have OT. So, what I do, is I will work 8-4:30p, log off, make dinner for my husband and I and then get everything cleaned up, an log back on, at the latest, 7p till 9p. OT isn’t mandatory, but, it feels mandatory. Like, if you don’t do it, it will make you look bad. Which is a mindset, but still. Team work late over here!
