Hello IDF When this is all over it would be really great if you could publish some 'follow along' exercise sessions. The soldiers in Gaza look phenomenally fit, but also highly functional, so it would be very interesting to see how a training session in the gym goes with some of them. Many thanks best wishes.

I can do 100 lbs plus my body weight for 1 rep ( pull-ups). I can do weighted dips with 4 45 lb plates for 4 reps, and trap bar deadlifts with 415 lbs for 8 reps. I can squat 355 lbs for 9 reps (still can't hit 10) at 157 lbs. I also push well over 700 lbs on the prowler sled for 20 yards. My bench press is my weak exercise. I'm working through shoulder issues. I can do one rep raw (without sling) with 280 lbs, and one rep with sling of 315 lbs.
