Tam, I have Polish work permit. It is issued on 13 Oct 2023 and valid till 2026. What if my appointment is delayed due to draw after 1st January, 2024, on this work permit salary is 3760 PLN and Polish Govt has announced that minimum salary will be 4200 PLN. Will there be any issue? need you expert opinion. Thanks
In my opinion I think it is okay, since your work permit was issued before the changed in the salary, anyway your actual salary amount in Civil/Employment Contract can be changed when you are in Poland.

Yes maam, in our experience you just need to write a letter to the voivodeship regarding your intention to cancel the WP. Btw po ano po ang 2 work permit nyo both employment contract po or Civil contract? I have known one person who has 3 valid WP (from different company) and naka proceed naman po sila sa VISA nila.

Hello I believe you can start immediately. In my case before I start the hr make sure that I signed the civil contract, they also processed my registration in tax office and Social Insurances as soon as I arrive, thats why I started asap po.

Tinawagan ako ng agency ko sabi meron daw ako work permit confirmation tapos nag check ako. Napansin ko is walamg dash yung name ko okay lang kaya yun perp sa legal doc ko is meron dash?
Hello po nagtanong po ako sa local na nagproprocess ng WP sabi nya di naman daw po problema yan unless wrong spelling daw. Pero depende padin daw po if maghihigpit ang magchecheck ng papers mo but sa case nya daw before okay naman daw po nakapunta padin ng Poland yung same case na nahandle nya.
