ഇത് എന്റെ കുട്ടിക്കാലം ഒപ്പിയെടുത്ത പോലെ.. അച്ഛനും അമ്മയും എപ്പോളും ജോലിതിരക്കായിരുന്നു.. വീട്ടിൽ വന്നാൽ പോലും അച്ചാ എന്ന് വിളിച്ച് എന്താ മോനെ എന്ന് ചോദിക്കുമ്പോഴേക്കും അടുത്ത call വരും.. അവർക്കെന്നെ ഇഷ്ട്ടമല്ലെന്ന് കരുതി ഞാൻ അന്ന് കുറെ വിഷമിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്... എനിക്കൊരു കുറവും വരുത്താതെ എന്നെ വളർത്താനുള്ള അവരുടെ ജീവിതലക്ഷ്യത്തിനു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഓട്ടത്തിനിടയിൽ അവർക്ക് അതിനു സമയം കിട്ടിയില്ല...അവർക്കാഗ്രഹമില്ലാഞ്ഞിട്ടല്ല എന്ന് എനിക്കറിയാമായിരുന്നു..Family യുടെ കൂടെ outing നൊക്കെ പോയി അവരുടെ കൂടെ ചിലവഴിച്ച ഒരു നല്ല Sunday പോലും ഓർമ്മയിലെങ്ങും ഇല്ല..നാലാം ക്ലാസ്സിൽ ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായിട്ട് സ്റ്റേജിൽ കയറി പ്രസംഗിച്ചപ്പോൾ അന്ന് എനിക്ക് LP തരത്തിൽ 1st with A Grade കിട്ടി..അവസാനത്തെ programme ആയതിനാൽ അവിടെ വന്ന Guest MLA എന്റെ speech കേട്ടു.. ഞാൻ സ്റ്റേജിൽ നിന്നിറങ്ങാൻ അദ്ദേഹം കാത്തിരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.. എന്നെ അഭിനന്ദിക്കാൻ... കുറെ സന്തോഷിച്ചു... അന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.. "ഞാൻ കേട്ടിരുന്നു മോന്റെ പ്രസംഗം.. ഉഷാറായിട്ടുണ്ട്..ഞാൻ നല്ലൊരു ഭാവി നിന്നിൽ കാണുന്നുണ്ട്.." അപ്പോളും എന്റെ കണ്ണുകൾ അവർക്ക് വേണ്ടി തിരയുകയായിരുന്നു.. എന്റെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട Parents..ഒരു ദിവസം ഞാൻ പൊട്ടിക്കരഞ്ഞു പറഞ്ഞു..ഇതെല്ലാം.. അന്നാണ് അമ്മക്ക് ശെരിക്കൊരു ബോധം വന്നത്...21 വയസ്സായി..കുട്ടിക്കാലത്തെ ഓർമ്മകൾ എന്നെ വേദനിപ്പിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.. കാരണം എന്റെ ജീവന്റെ പാതിയായ എന്റെ അച്ഛൻ....🥺💝💔

എന്റെ മക്കൾക്ക് നല്ല കുട്ടിക്കാല ഓർമ്മകൾ വേണം എന്ന് എനിക്ക് നിർബന്ധം ഉണ്ട്. എനിക്കോ ഓർത്തു വെക്കാൻ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഒരു എയർഹോസ്റ്റസ് ആയി പറന്നു നടന്ന ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ full time മക്കളുടെ കൂടെ ഉണ്ട്. അവരുടെ എല്ലാ കാര്യത്തിനും ഞാൻ ഉണ്ട്. എന്തും വന്നു പറയുമ്പോളും അത് കേൾക്കാനും സമയം ഉണ്ട്

ഓഫീസിലെ കാര്യം ഓഫിസിൽ തീർത്തിട്ട് വരണം എന്ന് ഞാനും ആദ്യമൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. But അത് പ്രാക്ടിക്കൽ അല്ല especially പ്രൈവറ്റ് firms ൽ വർക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക്. അത്പോലെ Monday പോലുള്ള ഡേയ്‌സ് ലീവ് എടുത്താൽ ഫോൺ ന് റസ്റ്റ്‌ കാണില്ല.അത് കൊണ്ട് എന്ത് വന്നാലും ഞാൻ അങ്ങോട്ട് പറയും ഇപ്പൊ monday ലീവ് എടുക്കണ്ടന്ന്. പിന്നെ എന്ത് തിരക്കാണെങ്കിലും He spend some times with us in everyday ❤❤❤

Today , we mom & son , share a loving strong bond .My husband , who was busy chasing money that time , never had time 4 us ...he said he was " doing it 4 us "...Now he is a disgruntled , frustrated guy as he never knew the joys of his kid growing up...our son is a complete stranger 2 him.. It's a matter of realisation, not only for parents but also for all the private as well as govt establishments to make the work culture more better, flexible and relaxing for their employees. Competition everywhere is so high that each of us are trying to show our best, also working schedules are completely packed, even on Holidays people are working.. and if the job is work from home, one wud be sitting in front of the laptop whole day.. People are helpless. Even if it's business class, people work really hard for better standard of living, financial stability and growth. Personal/family time is almost zero in today's times. Even people don't get time to sit and talk with their family members. I personally when feel really stressed w.r.t work or any other thing, I keep this phrase Anuugacchati Pravaha in my mind.. means just go with the flow, everything will just get settled down, no need to be worried and tensed about anything. This way we can be more relaxed and can spend time with our family in a more stress-free way

Hus പോകുമ്പോ ഞാനും.. ഞങ്ങടെ മക്കളെ ഞങ്ങൾ തന്നെ നോക്കുന്നു.. മോനൊക്കെ ഇടക്ക് ഒരു umma കൊടുത്താൽ അവനത് മതി.. കിട്ടുന്ന time എല്ലാം മക്കളോടിരിക്കും. കളിക്കും.. അവനോട് തന്നെ പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുക്കും എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും..ജോലിയില് കാര്യങ്ങളും മക്കളോട് share ചെയ്യും.. അവൻ സ്കൂളിലെ കാര്യങ്ങളും.. Namukk proper ആയി ഉറക്കം polum കിട്ടാറില്ല.. അവനും ഒരുപാട് കാര്യങ്ങൾ അഡ്ജസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്. ജോലിയിൽ എന്തൊക്കെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടേലും അവരുടെ ചിരി കാണുമ്പോ എല്ലാം marum.

Really good concept . To add on this.. reality happened .. just 8th standard first daughter did suicide n passed away. As both of her parents were behind establishing their research all these years. Dad and mom every night theywork. Though they had grand parents with that 2 kids. The first one took the wrong decision leaving them and added a note telling she wants to die and jumped from terrace.. we all were deeply 😢.. we should not run behind establishing ourself rather we need to give importance for family . .. child should be our priority

From an IT experience, this happens when you are working in Indian IT companies and esp in service sector where management will make us work even after our normal shift due to customer pressure. But soon i realised, it is not client who is putting preasure but management does it. Now, we can manage our kids as we decided our beat decision to change our prioroty for kids with losing the quick career path.
