Love these routine videos 🥰💖 i also work from home and i never let that be the only thing that refines me. I do my workouts, paint and go on walks. And i just love to see your everyday routine 🥰 Sometimes I feel bad to work from home and take a little break.. and seeing your videos, gives me a sense of normality! Life is not just work. Please try pilates. I do it 4/5 times a week and i love it 😍
I love a good workout routine!! I also get burnt out from running but since I haven’t been able to run since like…. December lol, I am excited to get back into it this fall once I’ve recovered from postpartum! And in general excited to get back into my health and wellness routine, I’m hoping it’s not tooooo difficult to get back into my routine, might be too optimistic lol
Always a struggle with freezer space. It’s just me but yet my APT freezer is still full. I love options plus will stock up when the things I buy go on sale. In order to have the motivation I find that I have to use lunch break for working out, walking, running errands. I’m not an early morning person so don’t want to wake up earlier than I would need to for my 8am to 5pm. After work I’m usually not motivated to get exercise in.
Hi Jenna! I liked hearing about your new workout split. I actually went through something similar during the holidays. I absolutely had no motivation to exercise during the holidays, but I still wanted to move my body, so I started doing pilates on Apple Fitness+. I freakin' love it so much now, and I feel so lean and strong because of it. I'm also jelly that you guys have company-wide disconnect days. I want that, too! Take care!
I only do black coffee! The only time I get something with creamer is if I go to a coffee shop so it can feel special lol Have you tried Legendary Foods snacks? Their chips and knockoff pop tarts have been better than just a normal protein bar!
@@JennaHong Target usually just carry the chips (they're in the protein aisle not the chip aisle it took me way too long to find lol) Their chips are more like the popped style but so good. I had tried the Quest chips before and hated them and these I can snack and it feels like a lot I usually split with my sister. Their other products are available at wellness stores like GNC. They also have a cinnamon roll which is decent not 100% amazing but good enough to satisfy a sweetness craving that doesn't leave a weird after taste!
@@JennaHong yes! I know I need to be careful with that especially where it’s getting so hot lately, it’s definitely taking a toll on me on my runs. But my reward after my run is always an hour and half nap promise lol
