I used to suffer from dysmenorrhea too. So I can feel the pain you're suffering. Glad it's no longer as frequent as before. I was diagnosed of PMS because of that back in 2006 I think, when I was rushed to the Emergency room, I had to see an Ob Gynecologist after for a proper diagnosis lol. In 2019, I was diagnosed of PCOS (no Polyps though ) because I didn't have my period for 2 months (I knew it wasn't pregnancy coz it was impossible for me at that time) so I thought I'm going through early menopause (I'm in my mid 30s). I'm stubborn and eat what I want so no progress there hahaha! I envy you for following strict diet. I wish I have the same discipline and willingness as you do. Keep up the good work! Your vlogs are refreshing! 🤗

Hi! May I know the reason why you took the food intolerance tests? Is it because of your severe dysmenorrhea? Im just curious because I've been experiencing that too every month hehe thank you!!

In 2019, I was diagnosed with adenomyosis and polycystic ovaries. I did keto diet for a month and then lowcarb diet after. The dysmenorrhea improved but still painful for me to miss work. In 2023, the adeno and pcos are no longer found. I also lost so much weight, like 5 kilos for a petite girl is so much. I still have dysmenorrhea, the goal is not to have any pain during period tho. My 3rd ultrasound confirms I now have normal uterus and ovaries but with uterine polyps which may have cause the painful period. The Doctor had me take the food intolerance test to improve my health in general. So far so good, 2 days dysme only, before 5 days. No bloating now. Improved mood. The uterine polyps will be removed this november 2023
