Tip - For the Hat glitch just use a Bike. It is much easier, and this glitch has been in the game for a long time. This might seem like a lot of reading but once you do it a few times it is really not that hard at all. First Make sure you have "Auto show bike helmet" set to ON in the Appearance menu of the interaction tab. Do this in a Invite only lobby so you can register as SecuroServ or Biker Club. Have your outfit already made with a Mask and saved either in the first outfit slot or last, which ever is closer to the end or beginning of the list so you don't have to scroll so many slots during the glitch. Now get a bike (Not MK2 Oppressor it wont work), and park it near a clothing store or the mask shop. Go into the store or use your interaction HAT menu to select a hat you want to glitch. Once you are wearing the hat you want just get onto the bike. Your character should automatically put on the helmet you have set as the auto show helmet. If your character dose not put on the helmet open up your SecuroServe menu or your Biker Club (Which ever organization you entered into before doing the glitch), and got to Stye menu and flip to one of the organization outfits in the list and then flip back to None, and this should force your character to put on his helmet. Once you have the helmet ON go into Appearance tab and hover over the selection just above your saved outfit list. Next you will hit the button to get off the bike. You can't hit the button when hovering over the saved outfit section so this is why you hover over the tab just above it. Once your character gets off the bike there is a brief pause before he starts to take off the helmet. During this pause you want to open up your saved outfits section and scroll down or up to the outfit you want the hat to glitch onto. This is why you want the outfit saved not too far from the start or end of the list. Now you want to select your outfit just as your character is taking off the helmet. Select the outfit during the character's remove helmet animation. When done correctly the hat you were wearing before you got on the bike should glitch onto the mask of the outfit you selected. Now just go into the clothing or mask store and save your outfit. You don't have to run like the bed glitch to save the outfit and the timing for this glitch is much easier than the timing with a car.

In all honesty if they’d just add something allow us to put any mask with any head wear with any eye wear we wouldn’t need a bloody glitch. Of all things why patch this
Honestly like what goes through their minds when patching the most harmless and most loving glitch the entire gta community wants, so far they've done nothing but ruin the game imo

So idk but the interaction menu thing doesn't work for me. But maybe I didn't understood the step. Are you suppose to just scroll down in the online menu or are you suppose to do something else when there?
To my knowledge I think it only works on specific properties. So far apartment doesn’t work but the kosatka worked for me so I use kosatka bed and wardrobe
😢 none of the merging glitches are working for me. Honestly don’t understand why rockstar has to patch these they’re harmless just a way to make your character look cooler imo 😪
Yo do you know if it works having 2 hats at the same time? Obsviously doesn't work wearing like 2 baseball hats at the same time, but I was thinking of wearing ear defenders with a beanie.
Ear defenders are hat category. You can't have 2 hat items at the same time. I wish Rockstar would release beanies and hats that come with ear defenders or head sets already together. This combo is what FPS players have wanted in GTA forever. Instead we got combat helmets that come with ear defenders and headsets built in.
@@user-hi3pl8dr1m got it sorted yesterday bro just doesn't work in standard high end updated apartments, I would suggest that you need to go to either your penthouse at the casino or use your agency bed like I did.
