"This is the greatest blaster ever made. The Worker Hurricane. Six Nerf Darts ... More than enough to tag anything that moves. Now I'll show you why they call me... 'Walcom'."
Just want to cut the front end off and put it on a smaller blaster to make it a super compact and narrow. That's like the best part of this flywheel system.
What lipo are you using? I have a major war in early March, my hurricane is still in the processing stage so I won’t have time to trial different lipos, and I refuse to use IMRs.
@@WalcomS7 While i like the mags, i still really want an option(maybe a special mag?) so i could push darts into the back and constantly top off my capacity. I think it would be really cool to release a special mag that allows you to do this(worker please read this comment)
Joshua Greig Do one better, load it with just the heads of darts (or maybe even just soft hollow/foam-filled-thin-shelled rubber balls of the correct diameter) for maximum Judge power. Unless such a thing wouldn’t allow the internals to push every projectile out... in which case, half-dart with smaller projectiles in front of it, or even just finding something to use as a shot cup of sorts? Hmm...
I really like the looks of this. I'm going to have to mull it over for a bit, but I can definitely see myself having a couple of these and some spare mags.
I would love to get the blitzfire! but I live in Canada. we don't have dartzone in Canada unfortunately. i've looked into getting one shipped here too. It would cost around $50 for a $15 dollar blaster.
@@WalcomS7 wait really? am i that sleep deprived that i missed it? sorry about that man it's so hot down here in argentina i can't even think straight it seems
3 ways to make this thing even better: 1) seethrough magazine so you can see it's a revolver and also the number of darts remaining. 2) barrel attachment point. it's got some dead space in the front so this wouldn't even make it longer. 3) tac rail up top
Do you know what the charger is for the lipo from Worker Which is made for the Hurricane Because i have never done anything with lipos before but i really want this blaster To go with my nemesis 🔥
Ok i think ive found the best combo : worker caliburn or swift with the hurricane as a secondary and a x shot katana as a melee and an airsoft vest and an ammo pouch for the mags of the hurricane just stacked on eachoter loaded thats all
So after this review, I kind of dawdled on actually getting it. And then I saw Foamblast was trying to offload them before FoamCon closed. Naturally, I purchased one plus a spare magazine to compound all the other things I bought that have resulted in temporary poverty. I think a LiPo is up next for this, if not at least IMR-style batteries.
It makes me smile to see you so excited about this. I know it's good if you're excited. What did the instructions say the FPS would be with IMR/Trustfires?
@@WalcomS7 Thank you for replying. It shows a lot of humility to interact with your fan base, especially so quickly. Now I know to have my engineer friend help me convert this to lipo. Thanks Walcom!!
I can't wait for mine to arrive. I'm guessing stock with 14500's will hit quite hard enough for me--I only run two in my stryfes anyhow. I love the size on these compared to the other 5-6 shot nerf blasters.
U just rewire the battery connections right? How about the switch? Must it be replaced if I wanna run 3s or is the stock switch ok to leave alone? TIA! :)
I like this just on the ground that it's a pistol.... without a stick magazine, or a visible cylinder, that shoots MULTIPLE shots. semi auto. I don't think official nerf has done this at all before. it looks SO MUCH more like a real magazine-in-grip pistol that way. even if it doesn't. you get what I mean.
i get what you mean but it does have a magazine, they straight up copied the design of the 10/22 10 rounders it's called a rotary magazine and there's some old timey guns that have an integral version of it as well
It looks like it was built first as a vertical magloader and then they designed their indexing rotary magazine when they realized how small they could get it.
@@thegamingsnail8115 Different use, but the Jupiter is...yeah 4x the price and made of 3D printed parts and theoretically has worse range and accuracy than this. Fun for an emergency auto pistol though.
@@WalcomS7 it just seems like a less useful dessert pigeon, which is more money but if budget if a factor then the dartzone double trouble is for most people a better option since it holds 20 darts and can be topped off on the fly.
