What about in right to work states? How can the Federal Government create a mandate, not a law duly passed by Congress, but a mandate, that strips state's rights?

I worked at a UAW shop for 12 years. Our local's negotiators SUCKED. We lost more to inflation than the miniscule raises covered -- yet the union had no qualms about taking two hours of my pay from every paycheck. Getting out of there is the best thing I did, income-wise. Union-free, I'm now making twice as much, since my compensation is based on MY performance instead of the average of the lazy asses I used to work with.

PLA projects PREVENT the wage theft that otherwise runs RAMPANT in non-union projects. The pla's that PREVENT wage theft and provide a fair wage for workers with proper training for the scope of work are only due to UNION efforts. If it weren't for unions, women like her would drive workers into the ground, there'd be no guarantee if worker safety and, surprise surprise, places like Louisiana have tragically low wages outside of union jobs and wage theft from tax fraud and illegal labor brokers not paying out to their workers destroys any hope of a sustainable middle class. If you're not pro-union, just say you're pro-slave labor and anti-worker. You don't need to hide it anymore, apparently.

Who's job is it to move the jobsite materials? An apprentice or a laborers? Does that mean the apprentice should be paid less or the laborer paid more? You wouldn't know about the issue unless you had the job being that worker, paying for insurance and not qualifying for it. I'll just keep shouldering these materials until hopefully I earn a less hazardous job. Just got to prove I have what it takes and won't be used up by anyone right? Just keep lifting until you don't have to anymore... I speak from experience. Getting robbed by a corrupt foreman. Guy had the nerve to say he lost my paycheck and I would have to accept something else. How did scum like that get that job position? Ok better stop myself... *How many times can you be charged monthly and yearly by insurance deductions and still have a 'pending approval' status on health care? Two years for me... two years of my life waiting for health care after working for it. I can't tell you how aggravated actually working class producers felt about it... Ok going to stop ranting now. I am what you made me with your programs and policies. Ok he mentioned Vested... How can I forget having my tires sliced and nearly being driven off a bridge the day I was to be acknowledged for vesting and so I missed it being locked outside that night. Experiences I can never forget. But then they tell me you can't get vested if you've ever been laid off even once. Oh well I guess. ...And then he mentions the bidding rules... and I remember that very same foreman telling me the Unions rules are useless. Why would they assign me to work for someone who hates them only further confused me. ah, I'll save it for a therapist.
