GTA IV is my favorite when it comes to the vigilante missions. As you can not only do the regular vigilante missions. You can also do the most wanted missions to get a achievement and get closer to completing the game. Sure in VC and SA you can use tanks and a hunter but the thing is. That is over the top and too wacky for me. So that is why GTA IV is my favorite in terms of the vigilante missions.
I think EJrM Films is the best GTA evolution youtuber because he includes 1, London 69' , London 61' , 2, ADV, LCS, VCS and CTW unlike others who also makes evolution videos.
