That's a LOT of work! I'll bet you're pretty tired at the end of the day. This kind of food service has always fascinated me. Kitchens, cookware, preparing good food for lots of folks and the work involved in maintaining such an operation has always interested me. I used to go to fast-order breakfast restaurants, sit at the bar, get a cup of coffee and watch the cooks. I recently discovered your vlog - I love your personality and the way you communicate your experience. These videos are very well - produced and entertaining. Wow I give you high respect for this. This is a lot of work for one person. I come home tired after a shift from Just cooking but imagine all the prep and orders you have to do , plus washing dishes. You need to rest !

I started as a kitchen hand while studying. I became a chef when I got the experience while studying. When you graduate, you will be eligible for promotion!
