What an variety of things this week! The Coke bottle opener would be great to mount over my bar if you ever want to give it away to your biggest fan! hehe Doug's jump suit made me smile every time I saw it. Love you guys!
That silver thing looks like a matchbox cover. Thanks for the video, guys. You always look like you have so much fun when you go out, thanks for letting us come along!
Calculator assessment-- Jason: "I don't think it's going to work anymore." Kyle: "Oh, a little polish..." LOL! You guys are a hoot! Love the Coca Cola opener!!! And the silver thimble and silver top to a woman's dressing table box. It looks like the initials "J. W." and that design is circa 1880-1890, beautiful! Great finds! And Doug, the man of the hour! Definitely a KGI by the right-facing and shape of the profile and hair wreath, wow!!! And a gorgeous "shooter" into the bargain! Really cool relics, coins, artifacts, et al. Well done, guys!!!
This was a great little space with some really neat finds. My favorites were the silver thimble, large silver brooch, the Coke bottle opener and lastly Doug's outfit! You guys are the best detecting channel out there and make every find fun
I always have an old mason jar that I put all of my broken semi significant finds in, it’s still worth saving and when full goes on a shelf in the garage
"911 what's your emergency?" " I want to report an escaped inmate! " " He's dressed in an orange jumpsuit and seems to be digging in a yard. " " He has two shady looking guys with him and I think they are digging up their stolen loot. " Good hunt guys.
Haha. The police did pull up and watch us for a bit. At the time I thought they were just curious but now that I think about it they were probably calling into the dispatcher to see if anyone escaped. 🙂
The very first find I saw dug with a detector was a ring loaded with Railroad Keys in the parking lot of a RR Yard Office in E. St. Louis, Ill. Over 20 keys lost in a gravel lot and the owner was desperate to find them. Been hooked since 1974. The jet is an F4 Phantom of which I saw many in Viet Nam. Have a great year Jason and Buddies!
You may have heard this before but the best thing about this channel is how you manage to make even less desirable finds seem exciting. I often turn off the sound when watching detecting videos just to see the items, where here the dialogue is often the highlight. At least that's my two-cents. Keep it up as I always look forward to watching (and listening)
Great finds. My favorite was the bottle opener. You are killing me on quarters so far. I've only got 12 this year but we have lots of snow. Last year I got 463. I am only 58 and am retired so I get out almost everyday when it's warm. I am wishing you guys a great year.
Way to hang in there guys! I see so many people give up when a site doesn't produce some aged relics & coins right from the start. You guys all stuck it out! Good job! A realistic hunt!
Another awesome hunt! You guys crack me up! 😂 y’all could have your own comedy show! I love your new quarter hoarder clutch & your fancy calculator. So many cool finds...Thanks for sharing and Happy Hunting! ~ Gypsy
Congratulations Doug and each for the discoveries. Almost seemed to already have been cherry picked. One silver out of that large old property doesn’t add up. Someone has already detected that neighborhood over the years for silver and gold. Excellent video and very best of luck with your next location.
A lot of very nice finds! What a exciting day with the Orange Crush lol. Ordered my gators yesterday, can’t wait! I also received my Warman’s a couple of weeks ago. So excited to see what this year brings for all of us! Wishing you a amazing week. Thanks for sharing✌️
I really like the key set. So cool how they rusted together like that. Also, STILL laughing at Jane Fon-Doug...and now the clown-detector outfit...You guys are killing me... seriously... : ) Happy hunting!
Great finds, really liked the coke opener, silver thimble was awesome...the KG1 was find of the day...followed closely by potato earring....day -glow Doug’s outfit...best dressed of the 3..great video, looks like great friends
Hey guys ... fun time you all had ... love the coke bottle opener ..That monogramed plate is so so awesome Jason .... Cool Kg Doug as your get ready to leave .... you can't make t up ..lol .... On the wrap up ... I would paint the coke opener with red rustoleum ... would look nice screwed in somewhere .... thimble very nice .. Nice Video
The Coke bottle opener is a great find! It's probably more valuable to a Coke trinket collector like it is, but I would clean it up, get it powder coated and put it back in use/hang it in the garage.
Jane Fondoug, I was anticipating the gold dance, maybe next time! But wow!! What an awesome old coin that you found, Doug! That was dance worthy, no? I'll wait for it in the next video lol. Jason, amazing video as always. You crack me up. I can tell you're a naturally funny person. You guys have an awesome weekend.
Another awesome and interesting hunt, congratulations! Awesome to see Doug pull out that KG coin, love seeing those old coppers. That Coke bottle opener is a very nice find as well. Great job guys, GL and HH!
Too funny guys! Congrats on the yardafacts! Sweet Coke bottle opener. That long piece that might be for sewing is actually a weavers needle for weaving rugs & stuff. GL & HH!
Great hunt guys!!! Your airplane find is a F-4 Phantom jet. The Coke bottle opener is awesome!! Can't wait for conditions here in Iowa to thaw out enough for me to start swinging myself. I have my penny book and I'm chomping to start filling it. GLHH Keep giving us your great videos!
That is a cool idea seeing who can fill a wheat book up the most in a year. I just hope I get time to hunt more this year. I don’t use Facebook but will follow along on RU-vid.
The plane looks like an F-4 Phantom. The bottle opener and the "belt Buckle" are amazing. Always cool to find something that doesn't belong, the KG I. Killer.
Doug Johnson - Congrats. I kinda know the feeling because I found my first large cent (1854) in the yard if a house built in 1935 and you could tell it w as dropped in the 1800’s.
It’s crazy how sometimes a total surprise pops up like that. That coin predated the house by 140 years. Doug earned that coin and it was well deserved.
Nice digs guy's. Nice job pulling the kg1 right by the truck Doug. But sterling silver thimble was awesome too Jason. Still haven't found one of those yet myself. All the best guys. HH. JOE.
@@dogtagdoug6751 😅😅😅 Never wear YELLOW around him! Lol! We would be upset if you were buried right off the bat before any digging for Treasures happened. LOL
Never saw do many lost keys in one yard. I wonder if one of them used to fit the lock you guys found. Nice monogrammed piece. If Kyle is married he found that sweet ear ring just in time for Valentine's Day. She'll be so happy.
The monogrammed silver thimble was my favorite find of the video. That was really special to someone a long time ago! I love how you were able to reshape it considering how crushed it was. Great video this week Jason!
Your aircraft toy is an F-4 Phantom, which was the primary fighter in use during the VietNam War. As for the set of keys, one looks kind of like ... a padlock key. Why not soak them in oil (save a quart from your next oil change) and let them soak for a week or two. It would be amazing to have the key to the Corbin lock as well. Best of luck and happy hunting!
Hello from France, nice finds, the thimble, the coca cola bottle opener, the silver square... i wonder if Doug is making an advertisement for a supermarket ? Lol ! 😂 take care. 😊👍👍👍
Well Quarter Hoarder I love your videos and the company you keep lol. The Orange Marauder is a nice touch! LOl . Time for a good pair of insulated rubber gloves Quarter ! Great Videos Keep up the good work I just started Metal Detecting using an Garrett AT Pro International....Brian From Canada.
EARTH ANGEL😇 Nice hunt gentlemen, with a nice lot of diverse items! 👍 Jason, You got that awesome Coca Cola original bottle opener, nice find! And congrats 🎈 to. You, Doug, on that awesome King George piece!!! What year?? You and Kyle each finding the halves of a 🔒 is 1 in a million!!!🤔 Silver pin?? Interesting. Button looks like “Art Noveau” period. Copper rings sometimes wedding 👰 rings of the past.👍😍❄️👍
Doug Johnson hello Doug! I think I have everybody could Infuse now! Sorry what I was sending you congrats on was the 1721 King George coin! Re-reading my comment even I find it confusing lol! So sorry if I got you confused. I was just meaning it as a compliment🤔 Earth Angel😍
Thanks Judine! I love yards that give up a wide selection of interesting items so this was a fun one for me. I’m gonna clean the rust off that Coke bottle opener and mount it. Nice to find the opener considering how many bottle caps I’ve found over the years! 🙂
