How do you deal with your photography struggles?
I went out last week to create some street photos and did not have a good time. The weather, and my mood, were cloudy, and I felt like I wasn’t seeing photos like I usually do. A couple of days later, my mood and the weather improved and I went out again for some street photography, with pretty much the same result as the first time.
I won’t say I wasn’t frustrated, but I also know this wasn’t the first time I wasn’t able to see any photos, and it won’t be the last. I find it helpful to not ask too many questions about “why” and lean in to that it just “is.” Some days will not be great photo experiences. When they happen, I then remember how good it feels on days that are great photo experiences and look forward to the next time I get to create photos.
