Cris could flip pancakes with a set of forks and anything with a deisel motor, his skills are so fine. Great reuse of old track as a soil drag. The farm will be beautiful with a field of bright new grass.

Good video & the voice-over really helps because lot people talk you cant hear them over there equitment running ! The place is looking great & you got nice area there ! I'd park my rv out in the back and only be seen running to the store !

I’ve always used an old bed spring dragged behind my 4 wheeler for working in seed or for leveling.

Things work out pretty good when two you tube channels come together.

I like the videos you shared on this project!!! This was a good schooling on what really goes on during a project like this. Alot of work and expense to do something like this. Equipment is not cheap to have,doing the same work cris does it's refreshing to see someone cover this. Thanks and great videos!!!

You probably won't see this since this video is over a year old but I think a combo of voice over and music for certain videos. I like hearing the explanation with the drone footage of what is where on the property and what's to come. Found your channel through Chris' channel - looking forward to seeing more from both.

Good advice on establishing a pasture; we have used a drill as well as whirlwind seeder and followed with a spike tooth harrow, cultipacker or other drag. We will begin on about forty acres this fall and it has taken up to three years to get a really good stand on solid ground.

Been watching Chris for a long while, started with my grandson, he loved to watch Chris, I had many joyful hours with him, watching and discussing Lets Dig 18, he used to tell different contractors and others, digging pipe, that they needed to call Chris, he's gone now, Chris will never know the happiness he brought one little boy.

You are doing a nice job of developing the property sir. Going to look great when it flushes out green. I developed a property somewhat like you are doing, no ponds though, and it does take money and time, this no overnight process or as I say this not drive through satisfaction, it’s a 7 course dinning experience, it’s all about time. What you are doing is fine! You can mix it up, do voiceover, just music, music and voiceover. I’ll still watch. Thanks for sharing your process!

Should have some grass coming on the 4th or by midweek. I use a head set so the voice over is nice as is the music. So far you have chosen the correct usages.Your doing a fine job keep up the good work.

Hey Bealy, I thought it was a darn good video but anyway brother you and your family stay safe and keep the videos coming and old Chris done a damn good job on your farm. He’s the best by far.

You need a rock drag, take a welded wire livestock panel 16ft cut it in half. Take the 8ft piece and put a 8ft 2x4 cut in half sandwich the panel on one end put a little bet of bow in it chaining it back. Then put a 3 sided box with a tin bottom on top of the back half. Run chains from the 4 wheel to front of slide. Beats picking them up by hand.
