Do property sets applied to Civil 3D objects follow those objects if they are data-shortcutted and data-referenced into another drawing?

Could you tell me why when I add an automatic property definition such as Handle to a pipe it will not populate?

I have the old situations and new situation measured, I dont know how to calculate the volumes and make profiles! From two measures!

Dear Jerry, how could i see these property set data on Navisworks? i've tried lots of things, but none of them worked.
