@@rohithnair9249 yeah man he has a lot of patience , if a person has patience he can be highly focused . You can see his calm ,grounded behaviour in his matches.
Yes muscle bulkness does not indicate body strength take for example my grandpa worked in airforce and my father could not move him an inch even in running speed when pushing and what's deadly is my father did 1 hour running with no breaks(had a lot of stamina) 25 slow pullups and many other various calesthenics and looked ripped like Bruce lee, indian strength is different level you guys just have to trust and stop working to get muscle mass but get body strength. I naturally have body strength I did not realise it untill I arm wrestlled and defeated many guys and at that time I could not even do 1 pushups, started to do recently busy studies you guys are lucky.
If you want to take fitness inspiration, take it from these guys, So less muscle mass and still enormous strength. There are studies that shows that the actual potential of muscle is untapped mean if you wire a human muscle tissue with a crain, it can literally lift very high weight without getting worn. We are limited with our brain capacity to tap that potential of muscles, if we do so ,we can lift more weight with less muscles. The old warrior used to do it with meditation.
Just look at him he is not using heavy weights just light nearly 10 ko or 20 kg, what is doing making stamina instead of making size. Stamina will give you power.
U kidding? Lifting only low will fuck u up in competition. Its just not stamina, strength is 80 percent. I bet his 80 percent training is with super heavy dumbbells
@Breast Boi i think we are talking about differwnt types of strength. What I mean is not the "powerlifting" strength, its the strength of thick tendons and insane CNS activation. Trchnique can get you very far, but without the strength endurance part, I dont think you could crack arm wrestling. Like John Brznek vs Taras level of strength
