It's Workout Wednesday! We've got a single-leg strength follow along workout with Coach Holly. That's right, she's doing it right alongside you, so get excited! Details below.
Your Workout:
10 hops forward and back over line on right leg
10 hops forward and back over line on left leg
10 squats on right leg
10 squats on left leg
10 calf raises right leg
10 calf raises left leg
10 high skips on right leg
10 high skips on left leg
Rest as needed.
Repeat the above for 4 total rounds.

These are some great tips to strengthen the legs! I was following along this morning and I was getting tired. I love the high skips! This is a great video.

Great video - thanks! 😀 Been doing a lot of this type of workout lately so this is perfect. I do as much as my body can handle in bare feet to try and get foot and arch strengthening involved.

My left hip and calf is very weak compared to my right. Is this a good workout to strengthen that? Thank you for such great videos

Love your videos! Have you guys done any videos what the best socks to wear? What do you coaches wear? What are your opinion using specialized insoles vs standard insoles that comes with the shoes? Calf compression vs whole sock/calf compression? Thanks! 10 more days til LA Marathon.

My challenge I programming the workouts within the time I have to run. Should I cut a run short and do the WO before or after? Or should I cut a run out and sub in a WO? Thank you!
