Hi Denise! I am the lady who eats 9 chocolate kisses every night! LOL I have since added a warm chocolate chip cookie in the afternoon :) I have happily discovered that when I included foods I love in my daily diet, my cravings and overeating ended. I know this doesn't work for everyone but for those like me, it's the end of a lifetime of "dieting".
Great video. Thank you. You talked about Losing it the way you want to live it....very wise. I want to get to the place where healthy eating and movement is my way of life. That it just comes natural and I don't have to think about it
Fantastic vlog Denise, so much sense! I tried to do mostly whole foods to help fibro/neuropathy but not sustainable and completely messed with my head, if I was to have something processed then I’d feel so guilty and punishing myself so had to take a step back to gain some balance xx
I need to use quick add when I know something. Great idea! Nd I’ve never used the + to create a recipe! I would go through settings, then recipes etc. this is so much easier!
The biggest change i made in Feb is that i eat what i want and add what i need. My other thing is i finish almost nothing when we are eating out i work hard to stop at satisfied not full. Both are making a difference my biggest struggle right now is vegtables i don't get enough.😂
