I love palometa, they taste very similar to pompano, same meat location with the head meat and all. Those are very big for palometa. A big school! What beautiful fish you captured on that video! Love seeing the clean water, ours is so cloudy and murky. Thanks so much!
I would love to catch 🎣 one and try 🐠,, would love for you to come over and fish🎣 this Coast, maybe 🤔 u and Tony could do a collab Together, , you here me Tony!! Stay Safe God Bless 👍
These are fun to watch of someone sharing their experience and love to see what is like on the other end of the pole. Keep them coming. . Wow. Keep them coming.
That's some cool underwater footage,🐟🐠🐟🐟, if that's what we can expect to catch this fall in the surf 🎣🎣 then when the bite does turn on, IT'S ON!! 👍,, Stay Safe God Bless,,,
Glad you mention God's creativity. I'm on the west coast just south of Oregon, and our water is not very clear. I've been diving a lot and seen so many fish but I never thought about tossing a camera. Being older and no longer diving, I know what my next underwater adventure is. Thanks for the vid!
I fished on Saturday, only landed one surf perch, the bite was very lazy. I think the bright moon still messes with the bite. The comment on Gods creations with fish is spot on! Thanks for sharing this underwater video!
That's insane how many fish went by and were not interested in that bait! It also makes me want to fish a little extra this weekend. Really want to catch a permit!
Palometa are delicious! Taste is similar to pompano, mild, perhaps even a bit “sweeter”, IMO. Great for ceviche made with key lime juice. Have caught them several times this year over here on the NE coast of FL while fishing for pompano, although never seem to be larger than 8-9 inches. Even at that size they are always keepers. Highly recommend!!
I catch these here in Melbourne alot...when they are big enough...eat just like pompano. OBTW, should be moving to Panama City in Dec-Jan 24. Do you have any spots around there?
Moon wasn't right, nothing was feeding. The Palo's taste just like pompano, we catch them often down here at Playalinda, they will bite small hook with little piece of peeled shrimp.
This would be great in Ireland especially off the rocks where there's sand outside. You'd see the rays, dogfish, dabs, founders etc and shoaling sandeels and the lonely mature bass. Thanks for the clip
Obviously fish have meal times too. Like us, they probably like to conserve their figure and don't want to put on too much weight! Or maybe they only eat on certain days In any case these fish certainly ar
The only fish you catch on a hook are Stupid fish or the ones that make one stupid mistake because they are hungry.. They know what a hook and a line looks like.
Reality is, it's not the 1st camera connected to a fishing line called a surf/Fish line camera... We've had them here for several years. Click bait and downright lies are unreal.
Your problem is they dont want those fake rigs. The water is super CLEAR and there are baitfish EVERYWHERE. They want live bait dude. Guarantee you wouldve loaded up on them had you had live bait. Those rigs youre using dont look enticing at all
I love smoked Blue fish ! Tailor here in Australia they grow to around 10-15 kilos here , we nicknamed one of our mates Tailor because a big one removed his index finger hahahaha ! Tight lines mate ! 🍻🇺🇸🇦🇺🦘
