I just wish you'd get stocked back up on some of your baits. No one around me sells fishgum. it's all Fishbites. Ive not caught much on it. I just ran out of pomp candy.
I’ll never understand why people fish. It’s go to be the most boring thing in life you can do. Right there with golf. Just don’t get it. It’s like watching paint drying. I like to scuba dive and enjoy seeing all the fish. I’m also a motocross racer and climber. So maybe that’s why. Just can’t get my kicks fishing. Snoooooooze.
Dude. I'm a 74 yo bass guitar player. Ha ha! Also a native Floridian life long diver and fisherman. Here's the catch. The bass guitar background freaking nailed me first. Then the whole Fishgum thing sucked me in deeper. BRO, I have watched your evolution from the beginning. BUT, the awesome soft background "humming Bass guitar" literally blew my mind! Please, never underestimate the "draw" of the background "soft" entice! Think deeper about this. It's the soft background "scents" of your Fishgum concoction that draws the fish in.... just like the soft humming background Bass guitar drew me in. Mastery of marketing is what you achieved with that subtle background humming Bass guitar. Connect if you wish. I might have further insights from a successful career I began at Sea World, that ran from 1972 thru 1988 at Sea World of Florida. Open to a dialog out of this venue. Reach out if you have interest PS: RETIRED and am avid highly active surf fishing addict. Open to contact.
What is that stuff in a jar o think you called soft stuff. Is that a new invention of yours. I’ve been out 3 times in last 10 days using shrimp soaked OP with 0 fish go show for it. Hope my luck changes
Hey Tony. Writing from Santa Marta, Colombia. Why is it that anglers in the U.S. hate catfish? I mean, seems to me, you guys consider it a dirty fish but you can still eat it and even sell it.
Sail catfish are great table fare. The “hardhead” catfish are hit are moss based on diet. They eat acorn worms that make the catfish taste like iodine. Bitter and metallic, not good
@@FishGum Thanks Tony for answering back. It's funny cause, the catfish (we call them "bagre" or "chivo") is one of the most coveted fish for us surf fishers. Another curiosity is that the pompano (what we call "jurel") is way out of reach from land unless you're assisted by a drone. They're found 200-300 meters way into the ocean from shore. But one of the main differences that I've found and it has to do with the following question, which I would really appreciate if you can get back to me (I also asked another channel but didn't hear from the content creator, all I got was lame answers from retarded subscribers) is: Why is it that anglers in the U.S. never use Octopus as bait? It just strikes me curious cause that is one of the mostly used bait down here and it works quite nicely. Thank You Tony.
I’ve been fishing my whole life (although not usually in the ocean, which is typically cleared), but I’ve never even considered that the fish could see me by the shore.
