If it wasn’t for Noraly, I would have gone to my grave completely ignorant of just how vast and majestic this planet really is. It is literally jaw dropping beautiful beyond words. I have so much respect for this courageous woman. She is actually educating us about the planet that most of us take for granted. Her videos should be required viewing for students. So informative and breathtaking. Thank you Noraly for all your struggles and triumphs and most of all for showing us just how friendly people are in this world.

Every two weeks I go to hospital for chemotherapy for several hours, so I save each episode for that two weeks and watch them during treatment. Following you on your ever amazing adventure is the perfect foil and encourages me to get better so that I too can be true to my inner gypsy. Thank you.

I cannot emphasize how badass of a dude Achmed is. Such a chad to be helping and escorting you and giving you the tour of the country! It's amazing all the wonderful, friendly, helpful people out there who go completely unheard of and unnoticed, but these are the type of people that keep the world going. The fact that you can ride, film and edit three videos a week and still get all those miles under your belt is amazing. And introduce us to cultures that most of us no nothing about and see their hospitality is heartwarming. It is really remarkable and wonderful to see Ahmed drive off across seemingly rather featureless desert and wind up where he meant to go! His pickup is also a genuine testament to an important kind of quality that we gearheads always love to see and know more about. Anyway it is so cool that you have met him, trust him, and he can be such a guide. It takes nothing from your own independence and fantastic adventure spirit. And its almost as if we IB followers are getting to know him and see how the local desert people interact and respect each other through his experience, common sense, and demonstrated actions. Just the very best adventure vlog period, you are so good at this and thanks.

My respects to Ahmed, he knows everyone and the land like his hands. To you Boots, be sure that my big two thumbs up are always yours. You know, the planning, riding, filming, drone, music, education, editing, and your deep breath when life is not so easy. Love this.

Hiring Ahmed was the best decision ever made : he knows the ground like a Fremen on Arrakis and he is as wise as Master Yoda ! There is no shame to go offshore with a competent skipper and better safe than sorry. This geological strange thing is absolutely astonishing and we have to pay tribute to Theodore Monod who conducted many scientific research on the spot and proved to have understood what happened many years before it was considered obvious. Splitting this adventure in several episodes was a great idea : the place and the people who live there deserve it. Fair winds Noraly.

Sometimes I think the work you are putting in is just crazy - but then there is always always a ‘pay off’. Every episode is an education. The Noraly way of seeing this planet is without equal. Today’s drone work genuinely put human life in perspective. Thank you, and safe journey.

As you were side-riding Ahmed's Toyota, it occurred to me that like a good Eskimo who knows her snow types, Ahmed knows his sand types. He knows which sands can safely carry the weight of his vehicle. He saved you many days and falls and traps.

I studied Geography in secondary school and then studied for a first degree and a master's degree. Specializing in Environmental Resources Planning. I only studied this on paper through my studies in Geography of West Africa and Map Reading of West Africa. Watching this Noraly has added enormously to my knowledge in geography. Every Geographer should make Itchy Boots a must and compulsory watch. Love from Nigeria.

What a visit to such a primordial place! What a journey, what a motorcycling adventure by Noraly on a battle scarred Honda accompanied by Ahmed on his equally battle scarred Toyota pickup in the Sahara. Words are not enough.

Amazing, I was there many years ago without GPS and I didn't dare to go so far, we had to calculate the position by the old way, with a compass and a watch, we only had Gandini's guides on paper with the roadbooks from a book, the south of Morocco had then roads without paving or Internet! My old Toyota took me through amazing places and I met unique people. Thank you for the videos of the desert that have made me remember some good times in my life.

To quote Noraly, "Amazing eh?" But those rocky tracks were absolutely brutal. I have no idea how either vehicles survived that terrain with only some "minor" damage to Ahmed's exhaust. Gratitude to our hero Noraly and her virtuous guide Ahmed for opening our eyes to this spectacular landscape.

I just can't begin to imagine how exhausting it must be riding through those bone-shakingly rock strewn trails! Gotta give serious kudos to Noraly's physical stamina! Another awesome episode!👏👏

Really interesting video, I served as an unarmed military observer in Western Sahara and where I was (Smara) it has the same Hamada rocky landscape. I could find unrecorded prehistoric tombs nearly anywhere and the amount of 'worked' flint and arrowheads I discovered was incredible. It's great to see a relatively unknown part of Africa showcased like this. Well done.

I have travelled a lot in my time and lucky for me there are Ahmed's all over the world, a real stand up guy who knows the area and wants to show off the place he loves, his world, his way of life, he is the desert.

The remoteness of this place is astounding. I'm not sure I would have attempted it alone if I were Noraly. Thank goodness for Ahmed! How nice of him to take her there considering the beating his truck is taking as well as her bike.

Noraly, even though we know that in the beginning the decision to use Achmed as a tour guide and to transport your luggage was not easy for you as you love being a lone and independend rider. In my opinion it was the right choice. Not only because of the weight of your luggage, but also because you had more opportunities to make contact with locals and nomads along your way within the last episodes.

Wow, I loved the sequence riding the dunes after leaving the village, the video and music captures perfectly that feeling of riding somewhere new and magical, when this happens you know immediately it is special. Thank you for taking us along.
