You made a mistake. When you use mustard oil, you need to boil it and then cool it down before adding to other ingredients. That will reduce the extreme pungent taste of mustard from the oil.

Deepak We bihari use raw mustard oil in meat for marinating. Kindly correct your self same way we use in pickle.
