Se le dice ( Fajita ) TexMex en el sur de Texas en el Rio Grande de Laredo, Texas a Brownsville, Texas .. Aqui esta carne se llama Fajita TexMex es la mas famosa del mundo con este nombre.

Is there anyone here, Familiar with A Simple ( Picnic Style ) Northern / White Beans....with Entranna Pieces ( Cut ) , and .... Of All Things..... Pieces of Hot Dogs ( Salchichas ) cut up in the Bean Recipe....? I had this at a Company Picnic , in the Pico Rivera / City o Industry Area, Calif. And it was Quite Tasty.... Simple... Does anyone have a Recipe for What I Have Explained...? Or Where to Look it up...? Or I guess I'm on My Own...to Put it all Together...after B.B.Q. ing Entranna Skirt Steak, Cookimg the White Beans, and Cutting up some Cooked Hot Dog Pieces...
