God emperor Doom, the guy who killed "Thanos in one punch" and has the powers of Beyonder. I am not saying that he should one shot in PVP, but he is very strong in Comics, it barely doesn't even reflect in the game. The fact is they screwed up the entire F4 update. Now genuinely scared for Deadpool
If they didn't rework/buff doom idk what's left for the devs to use as the next uni. God emperor is probably the most iconic look that he got and he looks like a joke in game

Not surprised they dropped the ball again. Popular character, hype costume, native T2 etc. They keep doing it. Hopefully they buff him like Thanos, Odin, Gorr etc
His skill animations are kinda off, he has the power of the Beyonders but still resorts to laser guns and bombs ?! They should look more like Molecule Man's
Facts, his animations are underwhelming af Dude is strong af with tons of abilities yet he just punch, use a gun and shoot small magic orbs, plus, they took away his sfx animation 😅
@@gtx7743 I think it wasn't supposed to be God Emperor, it was a last minute change. In the sneak peek, his hood and gloves looked more dark grey than anything, they just recoloured it in white because they felt like it was risky
It feels like rather than buffs doom's skills need to be fixed like that 4th skill. Doom literally didn't use his counterattack skill even once and let's not forget the targeting issue on his 4th skill.
@@aidan8803 watch his live stream lol. He can't even tickle thanos. He dies to sentry, surfer, adam, thanos, wolverines. He has no place in pvp and in pve 3099 is as good or better.

Neither Thanos nor Doom is close to Jean in PvP. She's literally the best hybrid character in the game. She's great in PvE, great in PvP and can be built for either or both.
I came in, re-installed for Doom, saw that he was underwhelming, and uninstalled. lmao. How do you fumble Doom? He's legit Marvels most popular villain. Bro, he should be legitimately meta breaking.
I'm glad I didn't waste 1,500 crystals on a trash character upgrade. Knowing he be made trash like all the other characters this year. People shouldn't have gotten so hyped. Like, honestly, Doctor Doom 😮 Doctor Doom 😮😮. Me uhuh suuure he'll be another sacrifice to Netmarbles incompetence this year. Victorious probably will be nothing but a simple support character, also thrown away. Sentry literally is the only good character this year. To get a good uniform and a T4 upgrade. Doctor Doom should just be a little bit as good as him. But he's not getting any buffs at all. Face the truth. Netmarble won't even bat an eye for it.
T4 is the new T3, they aren’t all going to be meta breaking. Been a lot of natives getting T4 so welcome the chance to save resources for others. Sucks for fans of Doom of course.
First! Devs you better be watching. Correction I T4ed my Wolverine. He'll at least have long term value with the deadpool movie coming out at the end of the month. Here's hoping Doom gets reworked. Especially for being a costly character.

I was using lvl70 new uni Doom against t4s he has a very hard time against Sentry, beat Silver Surfer, Wolverine, Old King Thanos,, Spiderman.but loses on auto most the time. If you can get on a grove you can spam his attacks with 2,5,2,4,2... It takes time to kill most of the time you shouldn't cancel his skills unless 2 is ready. He definitely need more DMG and I was using Doom with a guard break immunity oblisk with debuff immune. So I would think he'd be more stronger at lvl80/t4
Whoa! I was surprised to see this (I’m usually a day behind on videos). I T4’d my Doom yesterday and took him into PVP. Granted I’m not fighting at the top of the meta, but I was pretty happy. He crushed all the SS he faced and usually took one Sentry life. Then my Sentry would come in and clean up. Again, I’m only like rank 2000 or some shit, so prolly not a great example. But I’m pretty happy with him for where my account stands. Actually, the T4 I currently regret is SS himself. He’s not holding up, it seems.

GED's counterattack skill seems very reminiscent of Kang's. And we all remember how disappointing for PVP he was when he arrived to the game. For spending thousands of crystals to unlock him and get his uniform (not to mention the resources needed to T4 him), I'm not convinced to get GED. I only ever considered getting Doom because he was once PVP meta and all my best characters barring Sentry, Hulk and Void Knight are built for PVE, so an extra PVP meta would have helped me out a lot
I think what the devs tried to do was try and make doom not stronger than sentry and also not make him so strong that the upcoming wolverine uniform becomes obsolete But instead of balancing it well they completely fked it up
I don't have him or any of the pay for Epic's but I'm booting him up in Preview mode. Thoughts. - moves: I do 3d modelling and dev. I notice they recycle both moves and effects a lot (recolored/Gladiator is an example). I see recycled area moves (example: Strange), hover (Iron Man and Captain Marvel), teleport (looks kind of like a mix of Quicksilver and TVA Loki) and 1 and 2 are from somewhere but I don't remember right now. Most is just white colored FX. - moves benefit: Imo and we'll think World Boss here large area are great except against hover, hover is great, teleport is flawed because while it is meant for dodge it tends to leave the character open for big attacks (TVA Loki has a bad issue with this and requires quick timing) - Team up buffs: Doom has a lot of rare team-up buffs and more of them are good. But he has these regardless of Uniform so? note: Victorious: She is pretty much a team-up buff for Doom and being promoted as such. - Cost: Doom with uniform is pretty expensive. He needs an Epic payout, is relatively costly to level up (depends on how patient you are with Gold farming) and the uniform itself is obviously high cost. Victorious is an additional Crystal grab for this uniform of course. - Promotion: Doom is a fan favorite and God Emperor a long awaited/demanded uniform. He and Victorious are the tail end of the F4 Event which itself was designed as a promotion for the new Multiverse Saga mode, a cash grab which did not go over well. The showcase character is Franklin and as I have said no F4 character will be introduced that tops him because he costs more money then them. They simply will not make say a Free character able to crush expensive characters. No one would end paying money for characters if this was the case. It is also transparent a lot of the F4 characters were Worfed because their are going to be new uniforms introduced when the MCU film is and they are leaving it open so players will want to buy them, again here no one will want to buy the new ones if the previous one is better than them. Opinion: Because God Emperor Doom has such a significant combined cost to attain and make useful he should be a surprisingly awesome play. The fact he isn't is a screw up on the devs end. This obviously is a problem with late bloomers and frugal players like myself who will evaluate first before making an investment. The idea at his high cost should be a hook no player can resist. Not that bad math and marketing are ever a surprise with Future Fight. There are other characters who are as costly or less that are simply better. Like if you don't have Sentry, Thanos or Surfer for example buy them before you buy Doom.
The problem with Doom is that with a MAX build he is good and that creates a problem within the community because there are people who will say he is fine the way he is and then there's the rest of us. Characters like Doom are the worst because what happens is you will face him in TL and think "man Doom is crazy, let me build him" and then you build him and he is trash(for you) because you don't have what the other players have.
I guess we just have to know. They come out with someone like sentry. We need to hold on to our crystals for four or five months and only pay full price for a uni once we know it’s a banger, scrap all the crap.
I don’t know I’m most hyped about doom T4 than any other toons in the game. More than sentry & deadpool. And the devs decided to screw him? What a luck for me
They seem to have nerfed Dr.Doom, this is no god emperor. I realised this when I compared this new one with 3099. To start off, the uniform effect is missing the 50% ignore dodge effect, then the heal has been reduced to 40% from 50. Barring extra Burn effects, most of the skills look almost similar to the 3099 uniform. Now, you're saying that the I-frame & counter attack effects aren't working (which could be a bug). Overall, this uni has to be reworked, because it's rather mediocre as it stands now. 😐
I screwed up. My emotions got the better of me. I purchased this uni. Arrrgggg. I feel like the actual game mode they gave us is guess if you’re going to get a happy surprise or a depressing update
They are so stingy with T4 materials that I've been waiting on T4ing someone like Gladiator to see what Doom was like. But appreciate the honesty here, guess I'll go for Gladiator and start saving up again. On a side note, man if the reddit sub is any indication of the state of this game, it's dire, nothing but crickets.
It’s a weird one for me cause I personally like PVE more so if he goes in that direction, I personally am fine with it, though I get why it’s a dumb decision. I could see why they would maybe want to do that so Sentry is not immediately replaced though
I am in the same boat, but the problem is that when Doom's previous uniform released with his tier 3, he was good in both PVE and PVP. So I think people were expecting the same this time, but also seems people care more about PVP now.
This uniform is clearly a set up for his MCU uniform, coming next year. You say this uniform needs a rework 80% of the time so it falls on deaf ears now.
The devs and overloads clearly don’t know the damage and the bad taste this leaves in our mouths. What it’s going to do for the coming months. So hyped for the Deadpool Wolverine update now. Yeah. Says no one now.
What happens if you don’t finish with the t3 ? Because it can be cancelled. I know that is the rota they suggest but it wouldn’t be the first time they mess that up
ALEX! there's a bug in mff after the update where i was able to spam the 6th skill of transcended characters I first did it with sif where i spammed it 3 times with no cooldown 2nd time it happened it with supergiant where i spammed it 2 times with no cooldown literally 0 sec let me know if it happened with you as well
Well I kinda get why they didn’t make him more op in pvp because sentry a native tier 3 just came out I mean I guess ppl could care less about pve which is my fav game mode

I was really hyped when I saw it was God Emperor Doom. Finding out he’s not good for PVP or PVE is extremely disappointing. If they do Deadpool dirty I think I’m done with the game
