Lawrence Chan We don't have conductors for the London tube since its not needed, have you ever been on the Underground since it's wrong what you said, and this is realistic.
+Lawrence Chan Yes it is realistic, my mother is train driver in Athens and she went to toilet in the terminal station and signal gt green and we must go so she ran as fast as she could to manage to leave the station on time :D
Good driving there....professional job! Signalling is wrong in this simulator however [just like Train Sim 2014]....Aldgate had two green signals converging into one track amongst other things! A bit laggy at times too.
This is great, thank you. :) I know that one of the platforms at Embankment has one of the largest gaps between the train and the platform on the network, and it's also the last station on the whole London Underground network to use Oswald Laurence's "Mind The Gap" recording, at the request of his widow.
Are these specs good to run train simulator 2014 and world of subways? Intel dual core pentium 4 haswell cpu radeon r7 260x 1 gb ddr5 - a quality graphics card that has enough power for demanding games MSI - H61 Haswell motherboard - takes any haswell chip up to i7 quad core 4 gb of dual channel ram mushkin enhanced 1333Mhz 250 GB HDD 550W extreme series power sharkoon chrome black midi case 24 x dvd drive
Haha! Thank you! I feel bad for you, you make awesome videos but you have no subscribers! Here you go *Subbing* and please make more london underground simulator videos! :D
Hey iter68. Just a tip, why not use the "Ready to depart" announcement only when staying at a station for more than 60 seconds and when leaving the first station?? Could save you some time if you just press "2" which gives a "Stand clear of the doors" announcement, and just not bother at all if you're running late. That's what I do. Just a suggestion.
is there any bug in this game - I have the same summary on the end - announcements were wrong! WHY?? When the will be good???? And about the departure schedule! How to keep it? If you leave station at the proper time it is always the same - the game says that schedle has not been kept :(((((
Actually I forgot to press an announcement button telling "This train will not be stopped..." sth like that before passing Blackfriars. For the departure schedule I think I got perfect departure time so I think there is a bug. :(((((
It says that for me too, if I do everything right i some how have called the wrong things and not kept the departure schedule. I think it's a bug as well.

Nice video. Some errors however - High Street Kensington to Gloucester Road had crossovers in wrong place. Also there is no third track at South Kensington.
Guys have you seen the new Circle line (I am not sure about other lines) train? There is no doors that need opening to go through carriage to carriage. There's this thing where you can walk up on it and change carriages while the train is moving. I hope this gets added to the game!
The new S stock trains run on the Circle, District, hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. They feature gangways throughout the set, instead of the so-called 'door of death'

I can't speak for the other stations, I don't know them well enough, but the platforms in Shepherd's Bush is the wrong way round. Both exit and entrance should be on the south side of the station, not the north. They went to all the trouble of modelling it accurately, it's annoying they made this mistake.
I think it's dumb to have rain but I Know the train did come out of the tunnel but I thing bus driving With school bus, regular bus,And mta train driving Is better.
Hey +iter68, might you know why there are 4 rails? Most electrified railways only need 3; one power rail (or overhead catenary), and the regular track rails act as ground.
I found out the answer to my own question! The London Underground uses a DC system. One rail is high voltage negative and one is high voltage positive, so they need two separate power rails. Most other subway systems use AC which allows them to have one high voltage AC power rail and use the regular rails as ground.
Why dont the announcements mention the Hammersmith and City line? It never says "Change here for the Hammersmith and City line". Im not from London so I dont know why they do that.
