nerfing the armor means they would have to buff the gun you silly goose, you lose so much in the dpm and gun handling FOR the armor, thats why you get the tank. get the picture? thats why nerfing the gun even more actually makes sense because you didnt buy the tank for the gun, you bought it for the armor. i dont expect tier 6 stat padders to understand how tier 10s work though. bye

honestly I cant really blame wargaming, they were already forced to get rid of the death star so people would stop whining about it. are they really gonna give in a second time just to satisfy people who are too shit to get the tank themselves and so feel no one else should have it? the pride and joy of the t92 deathstar and shitbarn are their massive gun. t92 is nerfed to hell, deathstar is gone and the remainder are premium. theyr drawing the line at the shitbarn and personally I dont blame them, we dont even have the troll cannon anymore!! big and powerful guns in world of tanks always get slammed with the hate but we need to protect these "humble" giants while we got them

This battle has very similar moments to what are my most memorable moments when I used to play WOT. it was basically all of this but in a KV2. (The surprise from behind panic moment for the enemy heavy and the face of terror as a cromwell stops dead right in front of you, just knowing it’s all over.) Best moments and will always remember them.

11:16 It was at that moment, he realized he fucked up!!! Probably the best "OH SHIT!!!" moment I have ever seen in any world of tanks video. Had me dying of laughter between the Progetto's reaction, the sound effects, and what you said. You can see the brown streak on the ground that guy left hahaha. Really hope to see you do something with that clip in an intro or something or do a mash up of funny/oh shit moments.

thankfully its not an autoloader in the WoT sense but all it did was replace the need for a loader, so it didn't have a clip or anything, it just did all the heavy lifting for the crew, so no AS terrible as it sounds.

So let me get this straight... Artillery does obscene amounts of damage, 1-shots even; Artillery gets rebalanced repeatedly until it struggles to kill even light vehicles. Centurion Tank Destroyer here, KV-2 and O-I some ranks down, does obscene amounts of damage; they get minimal rebalancing. Both are known for tossing HE at most of their targets. So why the disparity?

Shitbarn, KV2 and OI actually have to see their targets and can be shot at or counterplayed. Arty just says "lol fuck you" and smacks you from behind a building on the other side of the map.

Thing is, the reverse speed nerf would have meant he would not have been able to back out far enough for the heavies to put at least a shot in in the early game. As for the death star vs doom barn, death star doesn't have amazing armor by today's metric, but that certainly was the difference before. Death star could just sit in the open and laugh, while doom barn evaporates as soon as it's spotted.

The death star i was about 1 hours play away from unlocking her when it got removed ......i loved the tank and wish i had not needed to sleep before work ...so this was the next one i was grinding my way to .......so its getting nerrfed ...great thanks wargaming .....again .... @@ADotInAMillion in the console version they don't remove tanks, since they removed the FV 4202 people complained alot, so they said they would never do it again (that's why we still have the WT Auf E-100), and they actually put the 4202 back at Tier X again

At 6:13 I think that was the flip-side of the Ghost Shells that I often see unicoms ranting about. For every time that WoT displays a shell that seems to pass right through an enemy without doing any damage, they will also see (but not complain about) an apparent miss that actually hits and does damage. These "Ghost Hits" usually pass just behind a tank that is moving out of the line of flight of the shell.

Now, naturally, everyone who hates this tank, hates its high alpha and capacity for one-shots, or its complete lack of other redeeming features. But most complain about the alpha and the fact that it's mostly done through an HE variant. This means that Wargaming *HAS* to nerf the tank in some obtuse way the community never intended. God forbid they listen to the players playing the game. They could very easily have nerfed the HESH damage to something reasonable and left the high alpha to the AP rounds, requiring some accuracy to use. Instead, Wargaming are going for the "unplayable" approach, making the thing so frustrating to use it's creeping back closer to its original earned moniker.

They can't really Nerf it's gun because it has the same gun as the Fv215b 183 and now that that's a premium tank they can't Nerf it's gun because of their own rules of not nerfing premium tanks after the type 59 disaster. If they Nerf the shit barns hesh and not the 183's there would be a huge uproar.

they nerf this hard without anyone really asking but wargaming KNOWS people have complained about the type 5 the day it got its HE gun but instead they literally buff it and make it able to pen more often, of course doing less damage now I really would love to know what goes through the minds of the devs who decide these things. at this point it really is actual autism

Considering the 215 183 is a "legacy" vehicle, which is a point of contention I also have with Wargaming, it's a bit more rare than the Shitbarn. I believe that nerfing the shitbarn's HESH without touching the 215 would not be so detrimental. Certainly not to the extent that the current nerf is proposing. Of course, we're all crybabies in this game, so sure as shit someone will go nuts over it, no matter what happens.

I know one thing. In Blitz, the 4005 is currently in testing. It doesn’t have the big gun, though. It has a 123mm autoloader. Given that WG has used Blitz as a guinea pig in the past, this might mean that the 4005 may eventually be changed.

As for the shitbarn nerfs, I think Wargaming are trying their hand at the "Icefrog nerf" method. For those who don't know, Icefrog is the lead developer of Dota 2 and when some character in the game is too strong, what he does is generally keep the thing that's powerful about the hero intact and instead nerfing the "soft" aspects of the character (less mana, lower stat gains, lower mobility, etc.) so that the character is still great at the things they're known for but just less efficient overall, mostly weaker and easier to handle at all points of the game, but still dangerous in their niche. Of course, Wargaming being Wargaming, they're doing it completely wrong and missing the point, so there's that.
