Hey Jingles, I've been watching you for a very long time. From 2013-2014 to be specific, back when you did WoT Tutorials on how to play the tanks, and you're one of the YT creators I actively learned to play the game with. I stopped playing WoT due to sheer, abysmal and awful business decisions taken by WG, absurdly overpowered premium tanks being the chief reasons. But I still watch you, still watch your playthroughs of other games, WoT replays, WoWS replays, even WT replays. Your commentary, The Jingles Effect, and just how crap you are sometimes are all factors that make you an entertaining gnome. Fuck, where are the salt mines, got lost..

Same here (with also WoWs, WarThunder, and some Armored Warfare thanks to Jingles' recommendations (oh, and fractured space, and Heliborn) Don't play the games anymore, but still watch your videos whenever I get the chance.

10:12 Three letters Jingles, RNG, it can ruin just about anything in this game. Years ago, I had an M44, the tier 6 American artillery, bounce a 105 mm AP shell from my T29, and the shell hit center mass; no damage to the gun, no damage to the tank, "We didn't penetrate their armor."

Had almost the same, but with a T92 HMC. "HE ammo should't bounce". Totally agree, but in different battles I've bounced the skirts of a Maus, and the shell hitting the ground nearby. Only after hitting the ground that the Maus that the stun effect started (for short time). Two times... with the biggest caliber of the game... Whatever. Because logic.

I don't know how, but i had a grille bounce my death star's hesh, i don't where it hit exactly, but i could see the shot get bounced near straight up and the grille shake like it got hit by something bit. and im baffled that hesh bounced at all to this day. never seen it before or since

@@mrexists5400 That happened to me some time ago too, HESH from a shit barn ricocheted to the skies. Checked after the match with Battle Hits what I hit for that to happen and apparently HE & HESH can ricochet off of extreme angles.

Fun with odd, inexplicable bounces. I had a rear shot into a T-50-2 with a Tiger II bounce . . . twice. Also had a shot from a Jagpather bounce off a 59's rear deck (he was going up an incline in front of me while I was aiming down from a ridge).

You know what? Those "grand battles" might actually make me pick up this game. That's just about what I'd want out of a tank game, and by god, almost a decade and a half in and WG managed it.

The problem is they're tier 1p only, rarely occur if you have them turned on which contributes to poor map knowledge. This leads to a mode that most players turn off. I wish it was available for tier 8

Yeah, it's sadly only available to tier X. If they made it for same tier battles tier VI and up that would actually be worthwhile.

Grand Battle has been around since 2017, but you rarely hear about it due to tier limitation and people turning it off. There's also only a few maps for it.

Surprised Jingles didn't mention one of the biggest problems with this tank: only 20 shells. If they gave it a faster reload. you'd just run out of ammo quicker! (unless you spend most of the time spotting, which is what it's good for...)

They added the tracks coming off animations after they released the Yoh tank line, since they had the gimmick double tracks where the primary track would fall off and the secondary track would let you maneuver slowly whilst the primary was getting repaired. It kinda made sense to add the same physics to all tank tracks since they already had made them for that one line. Manticore on the other hand is like the best passive spotter in the game and Jingles makes it sound very bad. Sure the grind to get there is pretty abysmal but LHMTV and GSOR are pretty good tanks after you get past the low tiers.

Hey Jingles, man. its been 10 years already. Got into wot at 6yo, and started watching your videos on youtube a year or so after. Interesting to have seen WoT, and you as a youtuber, grow over that time. Barely comprehended your tank reviews back then, but the replay commentary was always a joy :) Anyways, i decided i'd leave a small comment after all this time. I must say that WoT hasnt felt the same for a few years now, but I still watch your videos religiously. This one was an absolute gem, the pace of the battle was a rush and the commentary and remarks in this video were perfect. Havent laughed like that in a while. I cannot explain how much this channel has meant to me over the years, i grew up with WoT and in a way I grew up with your content. Sounds weird to put it like that but thats basically all that i wanted to say. Hope your still here in another 10 years, and i'll find my way back into the mines now...

Yea someone I played with hadn't played in a while asked about it and I said "Oh yea that happens, I forgot about it because I can't play WoT above low graphices." I can play with Medium but my fps is below 30.

And here I am, stoked that I completed LT-15-3 in my Manti with a whopping 7003 combined damage on Hinterland (with honours at least), thinking I'm a halfway decent light driver. And 3 days later Jingles shows me how it ought to be done with this replay.

Yes, broken track will roll off of armor so you use track jacks to "pull the track shoes" together when you are replacing sections so the entire track doesn't roll off of the road wheels.

I was last tank standing against 4 arty in a grand battle in my manticore. 5k damage so far and some spotting. Well the thing jingles didn't mention about the battleship gun on manticore here is the fact that it has only 20 shells. I lost that battle because 4 artillery on our cap against a tank that has no ammo wins every time.

And here we are again. I’m sitting here, remembering that Wargaming stated that rubbish about the British light tanks having battleship guns, and I say that not even the largest gun in the game would qualify as a heavy cruiser gun, so no way was a LIGHT TANK going to have a battleship gun, and then Jingles mentions that part about Wargaming stating the British light tanks would have battleship guns. It’s crazy how often this happens for me, but, when you have been watching someone’s videos for years, you can pretty much predict what they’re going to say before they even say it.

Well Mr Jingles you got me into this game and I am a tanknut. WOT is now full of fantasy paper tanks and has kicked history out of the door. In the last two years there has been one historical tank the new Italian premuim light tank that was in service which is thier Leopard 1 version. I play this game a lot less now and play more War Thunder as on that game you can shoot every gun on your tank and shoot smoke and a lot more including being more historically accurate. Still good vid on how to drive a light tank nerves of steel and patients.

I pretty much got the ISU152K for free. And i'll be honest, it's my guilty pleasure. I often 1 shot everyone with their feul or ammo or do at least 700 dmg per shot. But sometimes it also bounces flat side armor XD

track can come off like that if its been cut. can come off the side if you turn to hard on rocks too which really, really sucks. Thankfully I never had to do track maint on the M1 outside of training but the M113s tracks were notorious for falling off.

The real question is not why the E50M bounced on the leopard, that happens now and then, weird angles, rng, shooting on the move, all good! But why the hell did he not go for the ram? He was gonna die anyway he could have rammed that leopard for 300hp easy and reset the cap! Huge misplay...

I kinda like this new game mode. Still not enough to even make me consider reinstalling this utter cancer, but the mode _does_ seem to make for much more interesting matches.
