Yay, I waited especially for Jingles to review the new upcomming patch on the test server and refused to watch any other videos. I am glad that my waiting paid off and I can enjoy some 16 minutes of some Jingleonian entertainment.
I'm just going to echo everyone else by saying that the nashorn uses the hull of the hummel, and that the tier 7 has a historical nickname - Sturer Emil - which is actually pronounceable to those who aren't native German speakers.
Jingles the tier 7 TD Pz.Sfl.IV is the Sturer Emil from WWII and is one of the best tds in the new tree with its excelent gun depression and the monster alpha and pen for its tier.Just saying that you should rly give it a go you will see how good it is!Pozz from Serbia
I DO fall asleep listening to his silky voice. Man you get into bed and put a few of these videos on, instant sleep. And it's DEFINITELY not because the videos are boring, they're quite good. But yeah you know what I mean
Foch 155 has 850 damage with 3 shells in the magazine, and the mag reload is 15 seconds faster, not 10, meaning it would be able to get off all 3 of those shots before the WT-100 would even be loaded. 850 x 3 = 2550
As a native german its really funny to see you trying to pronounce these machines correctly :D btw. PzSfl mean Panzer-Selbstfahrlafette. And would you please make a vid of you trying to speak german? I would love to see that. :) Greetings from Berlin
That tier 10 is like Frankenstein's monster, someone threw the best parts of almost every tank destroyer into one monster of a machine. NOTHING stands up to this thing, except another Waffentrager E 100.
also, the new Tier 8 TD has a turret, wasent mentioned, also it might be a bug on the test server but it has no prem ammo atm its He-at is purchesed only with silver.
Not gonna lie to ya, man. The introduction of the Type 64 just rubbed me the wrong way the first time I heard it. Guess judging from the finished product, I probably should give them some credit for the details.
yeah I did notice that, I just wish the Helly had her speed because it just seems sluggish next to some of the newer tanks, I'm a little worried that everyone is going to cry and whine about these German TDs being too OP (bc they don't know how to take them out) and WG will smack the whole line with the Nerf Bat until they are dead like the Marder II was.
I found the Chi-Nu underwhelming. Compared to the German tier 5 premium it has a marignally better gun, better turret and track traverse, same good depresion but it worse in almost every other way. Less armour, a LOT slower, 200 less hp (which is the biggest thing) and doesn't get premium matchmaking. If you manage to get the side or rear of pretty much any tank with the waffentrager you can be assured of a kill in less than twelve seconds with the 120mm. It does 3300 average damage in a burst.
A teir one can hurt the new teir 10 german td by shooting it in the turret so i see no problems with killing it...as long as its reloading or pointing its gun at someone else
I am talking about high tires, UK do only have one tank as are better than german tire x, (whithout the new line) and that is the tank destroyer..... yes USA have some good, but not as many as Germans and russa.
It is somewhat of a challenge to translate German to any language, however, I live in Bosnia (not very far from you :D) but i speak German fluently, for about 12 years now.
So, WG decided to make armour even more useless with some more ultra high penetration TDs... never saw THAT one coming... duh... They are making it really hard for me not to change immediately to Warthunder once it releases ground combat.... since WG continually screws up the game balance...
quick german lesson :D Pz. Sfl. IVc is short for Panzer Selbstfahrlafette IVc... so "Panzer" is clear... Selbstfahrlafette consists of 3 words... "selbst" means own or by its own... "fahr" means driving or drive and "lafette" is an old word for an artillery/howitzer.. Selbst-Fahr-Lafette
Jingles have you ever considered playing Men of War? It's a World War 2 RTS where tactics and thinking win you the game. All the terrain is destructible and you can use that to your advantage and your enemies woe. When you watch replays you always get into the strategy behind the battles and I'd really like to see you using that in Men of War. You can also drop down and take direct control of any unit you have and the tanks work a similar way to WoT(weakpoints etc) but they have no health bar.
While you are right about that. That doesn't mean this tank is useless. Honestly I think its one of the best TDs in the game. The only problem with the FOCH is the line is crap. But it all depends on play style. Personally I think the WT Auf E100 is a great tank.
Lol, that's never how it works. Just because the Obj. 268 isn't played that much doesn't mean its a shit tank. And once this tank comes out of the test server (I will grind it through) and a lot of people will have to. Don't compare these two tanks in popularity. That's just plain stupid.
i have searched a pic. of it, and now i understand why it is mobile and good armor, but a bad gun: It is just a T-44 with a T-34-85 turret/gun on it! and that means you will have the body of a T-44 and the turret and gun of it's predecesor! WG had a mindblow i think...............
I agree with you on that but I think the Obj. 268 can pen it without premium ammo and the JgPzE100. But I find the WT auf E-100 to be the more effective sniper since it can clip any tank in the game and it has .29 accuracy and 1.5s aim time.
Dear god that tier 10 TD looks fugly, have they started or rather continued to get development ideas from kindergarten classes? I'm glad my premium runs out in 10 days then I'm off to War Thunder, permanently.
this is the counter attack of WG against the Tanks in WT :-) Yes they were already planing to implement this TD's, but when they heard of WT implementing tanks , they decide to make them more dangerous !! i think.
The tanks also work in a realistic fashion, 1 hit in the right place and you're a goner. Maybe play some online matches with a friend or another youtuber. Would be really interesting seeing how you work.
Waffentrager means Weapon Carrier. So the Tds with that in there name aren't vehicles with guns on them they are guns with something to move them around.
Well, I think you failed to mention something pretty important here. The way you present the WT E-100, it appears totally OP. I think it is not. Using HESH with the FV 215b 183 will be more fun than ever once the WT E-100 (and the lower tier new German TDs) are being released. Veider (head of WG.net's tank balancing department) even stated that from the observations from the 8.9 test, the WT E-100 needs to be buffed. The WT E-100 is good as hidden long range sniper.
You completely failed to mention the glaring weaknesses of the WT E-100, consisting of a very long reload and a glass turret. They are the perfect target for the VC 215 183b's HESH ammo. You need to play this tank from the rear and hope no scout will spot your for the enemy artillery or start to circle you and shoot the living crap out of your glass turret. However, when standing right, particularly the smaller gun with the 6 shot drum means hell on earth for every opponent. OP? Ridiculously.
Of course most are gonna pick the 150mm gun @ tier8 for more damage. While playing as t8 you can indeed get a match with tier 10's and you gonna have to aim for the weak spots of the heavys because you have damage but you don't have penetration. BUT then again, you can very well get in a match with tier 8's or even better with 6's. And there you ain't gonna need penetration that much except for the AT series and well for the Jagd series . I'd say is more of a risk choice.
The tier 7 German TD has got EPIC gun depression, it can literally shoot in the ground right in front of it. - Couple that with that awesome 12,8 that can actually hurt something (remember this thing gets into tier 9 battles) and you have a winner. The only drawback is it's size (no camo) and that it only carries 15 (!!) shells for the top gun. This is a keeper. - The Nashorn is actually quite average.
there is one drawback to all of them, terrible armor.I always liked TD's cause they can snipe shit down, and you can sometimes 1v1 derpy people with them and escape with it or just move in and finish of people knowing you have armor, these german things, once they get spotted they are kinda fucked, they are basicaly forward artillery really.
Can't wait for the whining that will come from people, who can't take, that there is something that can penetrate and destroy their favourite "little" heavy tanks (or any tank).... Yeah comes from the name: tank destroyer = intended to destroy tanks with ease.
...But the greatness is compensated by 20 mm armor at the front, 12 at the side and 8 at the back. Having 1150 HP doesn't really help with this armor, there is no sloping either. You need to carefully support allies or find a good sniper spot. It is like a French SPG as TD.
I spend the whole day driving the Borsig WT with a mate and I can't stop. 3 kills and 2.5k dmg per battle, and it is a XP and credit harvester. Brilliant machine. The Nashorn and WT 100 are badass too but relatively the Borsig is the king of the branche. Believe me.
they only get that 88l/71 that is not much. only 240 dmg not too much problem in t5,t6. already a bunch of tank what is get 300 or 390 dmg on t6 or t5. the su-100y is one shot a t6 if you get the max dmg so that new t5,t6 german td's is not really gamebreakers.
Yes I have definitely noticed that, but for me it's the opposite. I'm on the NA server on EST, and I do well earlier in the day, but anytime I play after midnight or a little later, teams seem to go to shit. No idea why, but I'm blaming it on the west coast players. : )
Jingles: In Germany the pronunciation of the Nashorn is Nas-horn not Nash-orn. It's German for rhino. ;) And the tier 5 tank is basically the Panzer IVc "Selbst-fahr-lafette (SFL)" or Self-Propelled-Gun in English. Same with the PzV Sfl. Greetings from Germany. :)
Not true. Germany has no post war heavy tanks that entered service. So good luck driving a Tiger II and getting shot at by T-10M(IS-8), M103, Conqueror, IS-4, and the Centurions, T-62A, T-54. Mean while the Maus never entered service and the E-100 only has 1 hull without a turret.
