It's habinger Insaine reload with that op ability to boost characteristics of tank OP

Right now I think that Beowulf and Huragan are on the top

Harbinger is a nice tank too, really funny to play with

Go to "Settings", then "Controls", there go down to "Consumables" zone, there click on consumable 5 and 6 and set the key or button you want. Remember to change it again when you go to play random battles.
