The hard part about waiting for a new ship is by the time u can afford it ,the meta is moved on and or the ship was nerfed. So u kinda miss out on the new fresh fun. Not all the time but somtimes that happens

almost all major nation got 2 CL techline (USSR with 7+ TX Cruiser bruh 😂), while German only 1 Hindy (clausewitz is big hindy with diff gun and slight up armor)

Possibly been poor players/whales but not been impressed with players that seen with the ship so far in matches. Is like everything a ship won’t transform a players ability.

I love chasing Kommissars off the map in my Leg mod Petro or Moskva, i always make sure to get my chat pvp in and say "this is the real russian bias" It only happens a few times as its a steel boi. It can really hurt BB's with its rockets but against other cruisers its dead meat 9/10 matchups

I can't wait for aircraft spotting to be sorted. You can't snipe if you can't see it, so it should bring ships in closer, which lessens the impact of being an up tiered T8 in a T10 game. At minimum the spotters nead to be dealt with where they provide intelligence (position on map) not targeting data. I could live with being targeted when the cv player is controlling the nearby aircraft as they are close like a destroyer would be.

Komissar is for players who want a challenge or at the very least a different play style. If you are bored of the way most standard ships play like bow tankers, island huggers, or smoke farmers. Then the kommisar is at least an interesting choice. You play at range HE spamming ships until presented a broadaide. You have good guns with good ap and he. The planes are a tool shis ship has but not a crutch. The onlytime I find myself using planes is when there us no spotting or I am pinned down behind an island. The torps are good when you are manuvering around islands. The armor and HP are lacking but that is what makes it fun. You misplay you die. Its a challenge ship not a meta OP staple for competitive.

Shes a 9 or 10, easy. stalingrad is chump change. stay 15+km away from things and wreck em. planes are for things 20+km away, because range mod is the way to go. no armor best armor, use propulsion mod and dodge shells all day. shes very skinny. her firing angles are fine. if they were better, she would be broken. shes faster and more versatile then stalingrad. avoid shells hitting from gun to gun. let them hit your bow and stern and survive all day. her fun factor is much higher then most. those ships you mentioned as better? yawn. more bow in or big gunned ships. dime a dozen.

Acquiring steel is even worse today or anything in game now thanks to your friends at WG . All the rewards across the board have been nerfed.Battle pass steel rewards reduced by 35 % even the dockyard was reduced even the steel rewards for dam near anything reduced ,coal reduced by 30% Daily crates coal reduced by 40% hell we used to get triple coals at least once or twice per week now your lucky to get a double coal. In game rewards reduced by 30%. Drop rates for anything are a joke compared to four years ago ,Christmas crates drop rates are horrible used to get 25 crates now Its 20 crates or any drop rates that matter, hell they even are thinking about raising the cost of ships for steel and research points maybe the next up date It was posted on their web site all tier 10 ships are going to 30,000 Steel no matter what. I'm glad I have everything In game because It will cost you a lot more money 50% more. People have no clue how much better It was four years ago and even earlier. I feel sorry for the new players In game

I can't get over the fact that 'players' actually have a need to hear the 'good sides' of WeGreedy's attempt to get more animals to play the game -> 'hybrids' The current carrier implementation is bad, just as bad as it ever were before even if the 'what they are bad for' has shifted more against lolibotes then babybotes ( WeGreedy loves their babyboat playerbase, they spend the most money on the game! ). Hybrids are just a disguise to get more planes in matches, hence everything which needs saying about hybrids is -> they bad. Especially combining the two arguably worst ( since I don't consider those tube shaped things WeGreedy has put into the game and which can move faster underwater then modern nuclear attack submarines ... as actual part of the game ) classes -> carrier ( due to implementation ) and babyboats ( due to WeGreedy giving them more and more diapers during the entire development of this once good game ). Tone. existed... There never been a thing like a Kearsarge...... NEVER. Get those $%@#$%^@#$%^ out of the %$%@#%#@%# game Besides this inevitable conclusion, your bias towards a play style which you enjoy is showing clearly. Brawling doesn't happen reliably because only in a division you can trust to get some support and even in division 3 ships is usually not enough to push a flank unless the enemy is outnumbered ( since your team will see you 'rush in' and use you as bait so they get free damage for as long as you're not death yet... ). And if the enemy flank is weak and you outnumber them, and the enemy team isn't made of animals, they will kite you and you will be pushing into a crossfire ). Always assume the enemy team is heaps better as yours. This also puts more value on staying alive, because you 'know' the mouthbreathers wouldn't know how to play an end game situation if their basement dwelling lives depended on it. Brawling is something which CAN happen, occasionally, in limited situations, but it's never the most efficient way to win the game. PTFO and brawling also almost never actually had a connection... well they tried with funny game modes like Airship Escort... how did the playerbase do at that? Look, I got nothing against the 40% wr 'player' which rushes in with all his babyboats and dies within the first minutes, then goes crying 'noob team no support' before exiting the match and repeating his 'contribution' for another team... but we should at least go as far as not telling them 'brawling' is actually a valid tactic when in 99% of cases it's not ( certainly not for the amoeba's which make up 95% of the playerbase and who don't have the situational awareness to judge it's that 1% ). I'm not going to say 'how to play a babyboat' but in general -> stay CLOSE to your cruisers, so you can take agro away from them and keep them alive. This should place you right where you should be, close enough to support your cruisers so they don't need to just always hide behind an island which makes you cry about he spam and fires from those 'cowards' on the enemy team so it's a double positive. If your cruisers are animals and they still go straight for the nearest beach -> still play 5-8km behind the position you think that cruiser should be in... because it's still the best position you should bee. Ow, and there are very few situations where not building for concealment with any ship is acceptable. Concealment is your defense, not armor not dco and not your heal. Why? Because concealment is more reliable. /rant ps 'brawling in cruisers' died when WeGreedy embraced overmatch for their babyboat playerbase. And I actually enjoyed playing Senjo and burning the bbaby's from range, even when I could rush in with my German heavy cruisers during some patches ( those who were playing will remember lol ) and yolo torp any babyboat ( unless it was Yammy / had overmatch ).

stern in to the action on Komissar is a BIG mistake - you have a massive shell catcher.

Complains about forward angles, says rear angles are better. Forward angle in reality is 31 degrees, fairly decent, rearward is a pretty bad 35 degrees. Average Mountbatten moment.

Seems like an odd choice for steel ship. I guess it's just there for those that have everything and have steel to burn.

When playing this ship, get rid of your Russian bb and Stalingrad mentality. You cannot tank whatsoever and you be more useful supporting your dds at the back rather than at the front. Sea Lord is BB main so yeah he got that bb mentality of always trying to push but in a Kommisar you better don't unless you get support from your team.

I don´t like nor play hybrid ships, plus I already have the Stalingrad, so this is a hard pass for me. I just wish WG would update the Stalingrad with at least short range torps.

ALL GOOPD FOR YOU ..utubers getting money to buy all these ships..rest of us gotta grind for them and also grind for 21 point captains..by the time we do the ship is out classed by the next 10 new ships..but i understand you gotta keep your channel afloat..astounds me the amount of players who buy your wishy washy content..on a game which has become trash
